I searching in bayut then take one booking.and I already gave money for booking.When I be there sign to contract then they are nothing ready then they tell me go another property to sign contract.what is this,Im said Im dealing with patriot property not any property.Then I cancellation and want refund from booking.then theyre delay and after give some reason then dont want give refund back.If not your staff please dont give them your property paper to sign and booking contract.Please dont trust any people in this patriot property.Its liar and stolen and not try to handle they problems.I swear I came 4 times to get refund from booking then theyre delay and the date in expired.Then you know how they do this.

Very inconsistent agent - Muzamal from Patriot.My husband been talking to him for days dealing with a flat in JLT. They will just say YES to everything only to find out thats not the case. Imagine the time wasted when we can found and deal with other unit or agent. Effort and time wasted. Becareful with dealing with him.

EDIT: 5 days ago got a call regarding this review with an apology, request to remove this comment and promise to get this done in 2 days time. But nothing has happened so far and they conveniently stopped taking my call. I have come to realise that they are simply incapable of managing their clients and giving bad name to their own agency.Surprisingly some positive reviews (similar language) just appeared on the same day. 🤔🤔🤔😂😂😂😂BEWARE !!!! Think twice before dealing with this agency.One of the worst agencies to work with anywhere. They made a lot of promises but vanished after receiving the commission. I had to call and scream on them everyday 4 times to get things done.They are clueless of the society rules and regulations and ask you to do everything yourself.Dealt with one of their associate friend Ali, but Saad was their agent whom I met there.Regretting taking their services.

It’s been almost a month since we shifted to the greens and views community (Travo b) taken with the help of these guys (Saad , Ali, Usman were our brokers ). While the brokers here were so prompt to take the deposits and commissions. They weren’t a tad bit conscious in giving us a cleaner house. For them deep cleaning was washing the floors only. I still have the green moss in my shower from the last tenant. The bath tub has broken parts not safe for our lil baby. The Shataf wasn’t changed even after requesting and it leaks. The window net has peeled off and is a hazard for our lil baby but no one cares. The dishwasher tripped in first wash and no one has come till day to clean the smelly water in it. We have spent 30dhs per day to clean the utensils and the rest since then. And the brokers have stopped picking our calls and the owner is not paying any attention either.Our parking access card given to us wasn’t from the building itself. Such carelessness.We have got only 1 card for building access, although maar clearly informs that every owner gets 2 access cards and we have been told to purchase one for ourselves. My question is will they refund the amount when we leave this place next year or can we still use it to enter the building premise. Isn’t it a safety concern? Why should they, they’ve got all the money they need.And now after we put up a real review the company is putting up fake ones to up the review and rating. They even called us to remove the review. I wish they took upon them to just do their bit than wasting each of our times. Please be aware of these guys. Don’t buy a property from them anywhere in UAE.

So,Im currently dealing with Patriot Real Estate. Im writing this review and at the same time Im trying to get to them on their official office phone number, no one is responding, lets see if they respond by the time I finish this review.I had problems from the start.A guy who showed me the apartment in Greens. He was so polite and professional at the beginning. Everything changed when I gave him the commission money. Since then, no trace of him, I had to go call him many times to get to him. Even after that, he would not do anything that I asked for. There was no proper handover done, I had to call maintenance myself to fix everything before I finally move in.After him, there was his colleague who said he will be in charge from now on and he apologized. I thought, alright, finally someone professional. Same thing, no response in days, unprofessional, and not trustworthy.They dont use EMAIL in the 21st century. Even WhatsApp is hard for them apparently. I had to call them every time I send an email or message to ask them politely to respond.The owner still owes me money for parking acces card THAT I HAD TO ORDER AND PAY FOR insted of them. Agency is failing to contact the landlord and solve this simple issue. EDIT: This is finally paid by the landlord after many calls and messages.I lost my patience. I cant wait to move to another apartment.I hope people will see this review before they decide to go for PATRIOT REAL ESTATE agency.THE PHONE IS STILL RINGING NO ONE IS PICKING UP.

Worst rental experience with the team. They say something and do something else. Not recommended at all.I had to leave the country within my rental agreement.They promised if a tenant is found no penalty will be charged. We helped them to do all the viewings while we were still in the house. They found the tenant and still charged us rent penalty as well. If I was in UAE would have gone to court for their fraud. Big cheaters and fraud agents. Be careful.
