Actually as an agency, they did a good and fast job with documents, paper work, etc. But they work with very unprofessional agent -Mr Malik . 1st of all I saw few apartments and every time when i was going to pay deposit, price suddenly was going up. When I was checking apartments price 27/28000, next day 30000. Same issue with all apartments. And after all, agent lied to me that apartment has a parking(i have a screenshot of conversation) , and he was all the time giving excuses and not showing me title deed. I saw a title deed only when I went to sign a contract. And its 0 parking. Agent didnt come for signing and told over the phone that hell get for me parking. Im staying in apartment since 1st of December, still no parking space given. I ended up paying for apartment without parking higher rate that is there on the market. And now if Im going to take a parking slot itll cost me another 3000+. Such a cheating.

Not recommending at all,The agent was promising that apartment which I liked for rent was hd for me and I was waiting for a week to make a payment and start move in, but the agent was giving me a excuse that the apartment is under management approval.Suddenly after a week they said sorry this apartment is gone. So I assumed, they were just looking for someone else to rent this room, and wasting me as a back up.

Well My experience with LDI was not very good. When I moved out, they charged me unnecessarily. Mr. Naveed, their property manager confirmed me after inspection that paint work is good but still I was charged AED 300 for repainting. During inspection Shuttoff/hand shower was in good condition but later I was charged for that as well.Also when I moved in I was charged for new Ejari & Ejari cancellation fee both but when I moved out they charged me for Ejari cancellation again and dishonor receipt with their company stamp on it.I was told to contact the agent to get my money back because he did not deposit that money in company account 2 years ago but gave me receipt with company stamp.My suggestion to everyone is to make a complete snag report when you are renting property from LDI, even if there is a hairline on the paint, and share that snag report with company via email for record. Also take all receipts via email from companys official email ID otherwise they will tell you to run after an employee, who already left company, to get your money back.

Firstly I was requested to pay money (not owed) into one of the agents personal account, next I was assaulted for requesting an invoice on a payment and lastly a personal item was stolen from my room during a viewing while I was away. The company’s management took no action nor responsibility and therefore police action was taken!

It was a bad choice me and my husband made when we decided to rent an apartment trough Live Dubai International.When visiting the “supposed fully furnished apartment” my husband noticed that the central table in the living room was missing. The agent Mohsin made the promise many times to get a table for us before we move in, only to tell us after we gave the commission and the security deposit that we have to go to Carrefour and buy a table from our pocket. He suggested that the amount we will spend on the table will be refunded to us after presenting a receipt.Also we had to chase him for many days to get our deposit receipt. It was not even him who gave it to us as he didn’t even bother to meet us at their office but we got it from a nice lady we met at the reception.In addition we agreed with him that we will move on September 1st as our current tenancy contract was expiring on August 31st. He ensured us he will get the contract ready with the owner prior to that. Here we are after many discussions with Mohsin 5 days later with no tenancy contract for no valid reason, forced to stay in our old apartment and pay an additional rent just because of him. We cannot request for DEWA transfer as we don’t have an Ejari again because of him. It’s Thursday so we will have to wait the weekend to pass to start the process, assuming we get the contract today.I don’t know about the other agents as we were in contact with Mohsin only, but you really need to be careful when dealing with him. As per our experience he appeared to tell things that he won’t commit. He will tell you that he is going to call you back or get things solve in few hours just to get rid of you.It was very heartful to give our trust to someone who was just interested in closing a deal and take a commission no matter what he has to promise. After that Mohsin is just trying to vanish without even saying he is sorry and recognize the situation was not handle properly.

Below my experience in detail.April 27: viewing appointment Mohsin did not show up and told me the door was left open, I can just go and check,so I had to convince the building security to let me in just to see the apartment. I commute all the way from Al Qouz to jebel ali – he cannot just waste my time & effort.May1: Paid aed8500 deposit + commission – Mohsin Handed the Apartment keys.May 9: He asked me to pay aed4500++ for DEWA and a/c activation. Mohsin said he cannot come to meet me (again) and asked me to deposit on his personal bank account.I am keen to rent this apartment because I work just across the road and the location is perfect for me and my kids.I visited the apartment to see if there’s any changes, once, twice, thrice... no improvements. I had to chase Mohsin every time. He would always say he will come to meet me or check the apartment but never happened.-- I kept my patience.27th May: Mohsin asked me to pay the 1st cheque for 6months same day the cheque was cleared from my bank.As I am going for my vacation from 30th May til 20th June and would like everything sorted upon my return - I paid everything with Mohsin’s assurance that everything will be ready when I come back.Not to mention that my contract my tenancy starts 1st June.20th June I am back to Dubai agreed with Mohsin that we will apply the Ejari, He set an appointment and rescheduled 3X. I had to chase him again. In short, he wasted my 3days leave –I came back from Philippines earlier, to use my remaining 5days leave from work to move to Suburbia. – but it did not happen.3rd July I had to leave my old apartment in Al Khail Gate, again – I had to chase Mohsin for the moving permits, Suburbia Security does not permit us, Movers are already in the buildingMohsin said he is on the way to assist us – But no Mohsin showed up.– Mobile was switched off. In fairness, to him he offered to pay Aed300 to the moving guys.Mohsin confidently said that he was in the apartment that morning and assured that everything is ready and fixed in the apartment, (see attached photos)Unfortunately, I came to a dirty, unfixed, No dewa, NO a/c apartment. Imagine, the movers are assembling my bed and cupboards with just the flashlight from my iphone! Literally.I still patiently follow up however, he was not answering my calls. This is totally unacceptable, unprofessional and unethical. So, I was forced to call Dubai Police to seek help.Until now, 8th July, for almost a week – in a brutal Dubai summer temperature, We swear! It.is.awful. We are living in this apartment and sleeping without A/C.The inconvenience that this issue has caused us is above unacceptable. Actually - I am suffering with fever and bad cough right now.I demand that ASAP compensate all these inconvenience, including refund of my June rent, provide all the documents, receipts I have paid for.Otherwise, I am going to take this higher to authorities as appropriate.❗️‼️Update 20 May 2020So my contracts expire and time to vacate the apartment, the owner wont give me NOC and my deposit back as he claims that he did not receive the cheques and any single dirham.Mr. mohsin denies that we withdraw the chequesI went to my bank only to find out that he withdraw the first chque and second one was Mr. Ifthikar.No payment was forwarded to the flat owner.

Some staff are so rude! Yelling at you while dealing?! What a joke is this company. Maybe before you yell at your client, think about your job. Very disappointing.

Being a dubai resident for the past 8 years,I have experienced a lot of hassles when it comes to rent a new condo; and i havent been in one place for 2 years in a row!, till i contacted livedubai international LDI, these guys define awesome! they listen , know exactly what you need, view and review the available options with you over and over again , moreover, they assist in the whole boring paperwork processes ; such as registering your flat at the officials, connections, etc.,saving your efforts and time free of charge; can you believe that! you have to be a dubai resident to know that nothing here is for free, and most important ; with all these services and painless process, their commission is as just as any other broker who wont lift a finger and do any of that except the viewing and signing the contract!! I dont remember i ever waited longer than an hour for a return call. I know they are a pretty busy, but I always felt like I was their only client!.like they had all the time in the world to work with me, and thats a rare fine class of customers service in dubai. Not only were they really easy to get a hold of, and willing to accommodate you according to your schedule, they were down to earth, friendly and fun team as well. Id recommend LDI to anyone I knew who looking for a real estate agent, cause simply this agent is everything you could ask for when looking for a home!
