I had the worst experience ever I had in UAE with the United Arab Agency.No honesty in dealing with customers, not keeping their words and just thinking about money.Ive seen a flat to rent in blue star building. After I agreed with them on the price and I paid a deposit, with a promise even to lower the price, they came back to me and want to increase the price. I had a word with them and I have an invoice and they dont care. You cannot trust them at all. They are not professional and you cannot even trust any given word by them. They dont care about customer and just care about how to take more money. Also, I have many many observations related to customer experience during dealing with them. Simply horrible !! Thanks God I knew the fact about this company before renting from them, as I can imagine how they will deal with tenants later on.

Not professional maintenance AC not working every week they fixed after one day same happens despite we paid higher rent.....

Pathetic call center / customer service.. these guys are even rude on the phone and slam the phone when we ask them why they haven’t adhered to the request, upon understanding customer timing and needs.Customer service also lacks patience and understanding and English understanding ability.

Regarding your building in Al Ras, Deira1. No maintenance in any flat2. Sending email or calling them of no use. They never take any action only false promises during renewal.3. Every friday water shortage ! No one can ever dream of this in dubai. This is the first building having water shortage issue. I have uploaded you will see how bad the maintenance and water shortage in Fridays.4. Rent is too high as compared to other flats in Al ras area.5. They charged AED 500 for the Ejari when the actual fees is max AED 190. They dont like if a tenant wants to apply Ejari directly from DLD.Other company charged AED 210.6. No professionalism. Stay away from this company.

This is by far the worst agency in UAE. First of all their maintenance is terrible, it takes almost a month for them to come and fix our issue of water leak in the toilet even after several emails sent and report on their maintenance number, still waiting......Second their customer care is the worst ever, they don’t care about any of their tenants needs or requests and they guy they have answering their information number is the rudest person that I have ever seen.
