The building is brand new, I moved in October 2019. No studios, only 1 and 2 bedroom. Finishing is nice. Parking is covered, 1 spot for my 1 bedroom. GYM has everything, and sauna and steam room. Pool is amazing, it’s surprisingly deep, 7 feet on one of the sides, I like it. Supermarket and male and female salon just by the main entrance. I have 4 star because of the noise from Dubai Al Ain road, my windows facing the road, for some individuals the level of noise might be of, but for me I have to use the earplugs.

Apartments are really nice. Neat, clean, disciplined and well maintained buidling, corridors, chute, parking, etc. We dealt wtih Vincent from Distinguish Real Estate. Vincent was found very professional, committed & honest. He help us smoothen our bookings process. Security team lead by Baber is very professional and disciplined too. I would really appreciate Security SAM the most for being very kind & cooperative during our shifting. We were running short of time, Sam promplty helped us in trouble shooting minor shifitng hiccups. Even security Neeraj was professional and cooperative. I shall personally recommend The Gate Residence 1 for those looking for professional team to work with. Kudos to all.

One of the finest towers in Dubailand Residences Complex centrally located. Great community with state of the art facilities, well equipped gym, good size swimming pool and most important well trained security team headed by Abid bhai as he is fondly called in the tower.Abid bhai brings in his years of expertise on how to manage and keep the building well maintained, a person who is always smiling and a helping in whatever possible within his limitsWe first met Abid bhai when the tower had just opened for leasing and we were looking at options in renting an apartment, he understood what exactly we were looking for and showed us around different layouts of apartments as per our requirements and explained in detail on the tower.The best experience was during the lockdown period in 2020 due to the pandemic, he was very kind enough to check on the tenants just to make sure all were fine and if anyone needed anything.Feel free to get in touch with Abid bhai or the building management for all your enquiries on this stunning tower.

I am staying in this building and the service is worst!. Our balcony door was not closing completely so a lot of dust used to come from outside. When I called Abed he said the technician for door only Saturday. I told him I am not at home Saturdays and he said leave your key at reception! Excuse me but I don’t want anyone to enter my apartment while I am not there. If something is not working technician should come at costumer convenient time. Nothing happened for 2 months. So I went to Reception told them I need the technician tomorrow on my day off not on Saturday and they have to come and fix which they fixed next day. There used to be Arabic guys at the office on the ground floor who were really helpful now there is a Philippino guy who is extremely rude, not helpful and unprofessional. I love the building however the service and staff working here in the building ruined the experience!!!!!

We were interested and in fact planning to move to the building as we know its newly constructed and to be fair the place is cozy, and has quality finish when we viewed the apartment. HOWEVER, the big disappointment is, agent whose number on the building was not answering our calls, and not returning our calls either. A few instance that he did, he was giving inaccurate prices, different prices, depending on his mood I guess. A big disappointment! It just scared us to deal with inefficient representative of the buildings management, as this may reflect the attitude from the top (company).

Dont take an apartment over here. They are building a second tower next to first one and all you could hear in the morning is drilling and drilling. Sound insulation is really poor in the apartment which means it is impossible to sleep in the morning even in high floors. Moreover they dont have 24 hours maintenance. They only work till 4 and not on fridays which is ridiculous. Although the facilities are good and the apartments are pretty nice. Do come in morning time and check the noise before taking an apartment here.

All concerns are well noted and We will make sure everything was attended properly ,in addition to that all amenities are operational right now and i am personally looking over to any problems we are encountering and trying to provide immediate solution, however since Dubai Residence Complex is in starting or early stages of development a lot of ongoing construction (private and government projects ) in the area and all of them have acquire permit form Dubai Municipality to operate.Which soon will benefit all people living in this area.For maintenance issue we are providing it during office hours( correct me if im wrong i think only hotels are only providing 24 hours maintenance service, but if there is any other residential building we are open to study the matter and provide the same if possible) in case of emergency Building supervisor is here to assist you if not given any solution we will make sure we attend it first thing in the morning on the next day.Thank you for sharing all your concerns and comments , rest assured we will take note of your comments to strive harder for servicing you better. The GATE Residence is an excellent apartment to stay in. Beautifully constructed and widely spacious.Extremely helpful security and cleaning personnel.The Security supervisor Abid is very professional and has gone out of his way to help every tenant that has moved into Gate Residence.

Many many things to fix about the logistics and important details not properly taken care of about the building. But there’s a bright light, the head of security, Abed, is a very nice guy and always willing to help at any time, making the experience here much better.

I honestly dont understand the negative reviews about this building. I highly recommend this building it is so nice and spacious. most especially all of our requests were accommodated. They are always willing to help and attending all concerns immediately. Very good management.

Building is fancy and nice also flats are spacious but all this ruined by many troubles like till now there is no internet tv connection and for long wont be bcz its an etisalat blg in a du area so u get suck in the unresolved debate fight between them , besides i don’t consider what they have a gym , very small for 600 flat blg plus there is no equipments in it

Nice building but worst management ever , since long time no internet or tv connection even for mobile phones no signal , no gas , gym is couple of dumbles two leg machines and they dun wanna buy anything and ofc Sauna and steam not working , even parking gates not working , everything takes forever to finish , really management is a big failure
