When I first moved to Dubai I was really unsure which company to use to find my first rental apartment in the Marina. I was recommended Abode Property by a friend and they didn’t disappoint. Seven years on and a couple of moves later and they are still the place to go for high end rentals and sales. The office is conveniently located in the Marina and the staff are professional and really know how to provide a five star service to their clients.

My experience with this agency has been a pleasure from beginning to end. They are quick to respond, professional in their approach and really listen to the customer’s criteria. Patience and a solid work ethic that would make any customer feel comfortable in their hands. Would recommend to all.

Very very very small company. Try a larger company Ph / one broker group / haus & haus / allsopp & allsopp / espace / dacha / betterhomes all of which have long standing agents and numerous agents means a wider spread of available properties in your requirements eg. 2bed 3bed 4bed etc.

Be aware of what you will signe with them and term and condition and you will fill pain from each and every line of it, they will ask everyday to come and visit the appartment since you signe it and they will charge you for what ever you didnt do in apartment just take alot of video and photo before rent any and my recomendation to run away from them if you dont want truble. it was the worst experiance regarding renting home in my life .

Abode are a disgrace, do not trust them to rent out or sell your property. They are a small outfit - incompetent, rude and behave immorally to take advantage of their clients. In renting out our property it was evident that the dishonest and amateur practice was under the guidance of the owner himself.
