As one of the residents of the residential tower managed by Kingfield we have just positive experience. Very professional team led by Mr.Mark and his hands-on assistants Mss. Carolyne and Marian are always there to help residents with any issue one can face in such a high-rise building. They are very efficient and prompt in reply,. listening to residents‘ issues and suggestions, improving the building safety and security. Important announcements are always visible. And when u visit their office, u can be sure ur welcomed with a warm smile on their faces (even noticeable under their masks!

Poor Management, poor communication and zero customer care. If we complain about unannounced interruptions, they will play innocent that they dont know whats going on and just try to play with us to cover their inefficiency. We are leaving the building because of this kind of management. Its been going on for a few years now since they took over the buildings management. Its just so disappointing.

Requested information as to the original supplier of the faucets and they were able to provide after some time. The maintenance team wants to break the tile to somehow stop the leaky faucet.I am satisfied with the Facebook team response, unfortunately I cannot say the same for local management teams.

I want make a golden note shine, the consistency of this company is the key to the success, gratitude I feel towards living managed by them.They are responsive and take every single detail as the most important factor for happily continuing with them. The Pacific property has become home over the last 2 years. Whilst it has always been a lovely place to live, since Jamie took over the operations and management of the building it has really gone from strength to strength. He has turned round the maintenance of the building and contributed to turning Pacific into a considerably better place to live. The opinions of residents are taken into account it continue to the development of the premise. Very happy to live there under Jamie’s management and plan on continuing there because of this. There should also be mention for the hard work Jamie has put in during the COVID-19 pandemic to support residents. Thank you. 5/5; would highly recommend!

For all my experience as professional Real estate agent it is weirdest company interns of understanding how is work should be provided for the management of Buildings. But the same time they staff of Kingfield is the Champions for blowing the cheeks.The Securities which provided by Kingfield making everyone to beg and bow to them to enter to the flat, 2 weeks needed it is teaks NOC. Landlords and owners are losing potential tenants and have to always slightly adjusted.The service provided by Kingfield is not comparable with the different!

I’ve been resident in Botanica Tower for the last 6 years, out of which the last 2,5 years if I am not wrong it has been managed by Kingfield. I am sincerely disappointed in the obvious lack of any understanding of customer needs of residents. Moreover after talking to Kingfield’s management directly with my complaint I realized that the problem stems from the head. It’s particularly surprising that in times like this company shows complete negligence of residents needs, lacks approach in finding amicable solutions and at least makes an attempt to satisfy the customer. I would like to remind the management that unless you finally put your priorities right and emphasize customer satisfaction as your priority you will have less and less residents willing to stay at properties managed by your company. I also hope that developers looking for property management companies will put satisfaction of building residents as their priority as well and will be selecting companies based on this criteria.

Really diaponted in the magament in diamond view 4 building,The cleanliness is bad, dust and dirt everywhere. In the basement my friends bike was stolen.. They did not move a finger... No camera nothing no help at all from their side.Security guys r rude finding excuses to get ride of u.I regret to live there and I Do Not RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

General and basic cleaning maintenance in the building is good but incidentally, my car had an acid stain from the roof leakage of ground parking (my allotted/legal parking slot). Imagine the stress and time I’ve spent obtaining the police inspection and report so they can claim against the building insurance company for my car repair but ended up rejected by the insurance and wasting my money for police report? From the beginning, I requested them to simply pay for the repair so we can move forward but they insist to apply through insurance and i must obtain the police report and pay on my account if i want my car to be repaired so i have no choice. They should check and should know prior of giving me instruction to obtain a police report if it’s covered by insurance to prevent tenant adding the burden to the situation spending money, time, effort and being stressed unless they are willing to refund all the cost! In this way, they can prevent unnecessary police report fee and this upset me immensely! There was no refund or any kind of compensation for police report (AED195) and rent a car/transportation since i live far from any public transportation (at least while my car is at garage). I was a victim where I am not at fault and all I did was park my car in the allotted parking slot. This company has no consideration! The manager told me why should they pay? .... and why should i pay neither???? They should compensate me or be considerate enough for all this trouble!

Very bad services I didn’t recommend to deal with that company . They hire non training security guy also with a bad behavior for talking or dealing with tenants , Also the management didn’t care if any issue happen from their security guy to investigate to solve it smoothly. I complained from a bad behavior from security guy so the management said we are not 24 hour for your service because we called him on Saturday at 12 pm clock to solve the problem.

I parked my car in garage and it got damged from ac acid dripping on cars, told security about and asked for mangment number he refused to give me, and was extreamly rude, the hire low pay staf cant even comunicate. I had a horrific experience witnessing that the life guard in dimound views 4 slapped a child on the face.Police was called as many times in this building....This management hiring untrained staff who has no manner ,rude behavior.Unacceptable how s the situation in this building.Regret to moved here.Do not reccomend to anyone.

Their website states that they set the standard in property management. The standard must be painfully low if this is the best. I’ve been dealing with a women called Angel who works for them. She will close my tickets without the issue being resolved. Been over two months now and still no resolution.I would advise anyone who is looking for property management services to see the voice of the customers below and take your business elsewhere

Still waiting to see them do what the name says they do. My introduction to these fine folks was a conversation with a gentleman working there who assured me that he (the assigned rep to manage the property I had just purchased) DOES NOT WORK FOR THE CUSTOMERS. He would like me (and any perspective property owner suffering under Kingfields management) to know that THEY WORK FOR THE DEVELOPER! NOT YOU, THE CUSTOMER!How ignorant of me to assume that the company I pay annual service fees to, is performing a service for me! Now that I see my error, and realize they really exist only to collect my service fees, make excuses for improper maintenance, and charge for services they wont provide, I am now happily informed, and life is good. Really, if only there were more companies around to take all my extra, unnecessary cash, my dreams would be realized.Yes. Kingfield is the very best at many things. I dont know what those things are, but Im sure they exist. I wonder if they understand sarcasm.

Quite a disappointing experience with Kingsfield management. I do not understand what cheap offer they give to buildings to hire them as the owner association management but they dont even have the courtesy to train their staff on how to talk with people. Owning multiple units in their Diamond Views project I am actually abhorred with the way their so called building manager talked with me. Rude. Extremely rude. Plus, these guys dont do any maintenance in the building they are managing from their own pocket. Anyone who are considering taking them as management service providers for all that is good sakes. DONT!

We are UK residents and new owners of an apt in the Pacific, Al Marjan Island, RAK. Having recently flown out to do the hand over back in mid February we met Jamie Tompkins who is the buildings manager.From first meeting him we were impressed with his professionalism, warm, approachable and friendly manner and his knowledge. Throughout our week there (which was a tall order to get everything done ie furnish/utilities etc etc) Jamie was always on hand and willing to help with advice or referrals/suggestions to our problems or queries.Since returning to the UK we have kept in contact with Jamie and again asked and received various helpful pieces of info.Whilst we there and from speaking to other residents we met was it as clear that they were impressed with the changes and improvements since Jamie’s posting and that they are really feeling positively towards the future improvements both to the condition and upkeep of the building but also the various systems of working both current and what are to be put in place.In summary Jamie is an asset and champion to Kingsfield and I would have no hesitation in recommending him.Kingfield look after him ...I’m in no doubt he’ll be in demand by rival companies!!Finally thank you Jamie and please keep up the good work.

Greetings everybody.Im one of the co-owners of Amwaj cafe’ at pacific al marjan island.I just want to thank the management for the amazing services they provided us with during covid19 .The shop the elevators the parking lot has been sanitized.The beach is always clean and they take good care of all the utilities.I also moved into the building with my family.Such an amazing view and in between safe hands :( security , facilities , hygiene , fast & reliable management)Honestly thank u a lot management of pacific for making my business a success and my living at pacific feels like a paradise.

I am having a very bad experience living at Diamond view IV. Starting with what happened today , a lifeguard slapped a child just because he went to the gym to drink water.Also, their basement is very old . As a result of this, some of the pipes have holes and is licking , bringing out a toxic acid which comes out of the AC. A car got bad because of the toxic acid water that dripped on her car burned the paint.The security guys are very rude and not helpful at allThe buildings management is poor which led to poor maintenance .
