I am writing to share my experience with the Building Maintenance Team (Al Arabia) on the Palm Jumeirah. They are conveniently located on the palm which can help for quick services, but for larger more expensive services/repairs be sure to get a second opinion from other maintenance companies. I have compared services with other companies and can see a drastic increase in price with Al Arabia. Also if they catch wind that youre only the tenant they know youre less likely to negotiate as the landlord would cover the bill.You also have the option to pay by Check. The technicians and local management state cash only which is not their corporate policy so be careful. It seems shady paying thousands of dirhams by cash and not a typical Dubai standard.So just be mindful when doing larger service requirements. Cheers!
