I would prefer this school for all because the Teacher specially illusion department consular is very cooperative even focus individually students very well my son is student in grade 1 and madam* SANGEETA SREEKANTH* is consular in illusion department i am very satisfied with her interaction with students HIGHLY recommended

School is affordable but very disorganised with their system causing me problems in the end. My son left there after 2-3 days of studying. Very chaotic study sytem. Theyll reply quickly when payment is needed. Its very hard to get a hold of them for refunds or to unregister my son in their system. They wont even refund the books just after 2 days of getting them since I decided to change school immediately. It wasnt even used at all. Tskk.. Until now, they did not remove his name from their system making it difficult for me to register him to other schools. Its common knowledge once a kid is not studying with you inform KHDA immediately otherwise we cant register him to anywhere at all. Like I said, very disorganised. I am very disappointed with this school. If you value your time and money dont come to this school. Very bad experience.

I intend to enroll my Child this week. But going by the reviews, and the Admins response ONLY to comments that are quite positive; without commenting on other reviews addresssing genuine concerns of Parents, shows clearly that theres a fundamental flaw in the Management.As an Organization, there is always room for improvements. First step is to acknowledge lapses in your system, and then committing to address such lapses. You need to realize that Parents expects high standards for their children, hence your managing/reacting to feedbacks is crucial in gaining trust.

My daughter has been in this school for two years until now FS1 and 2. We are very comfortable with strong education, the teachers and the administration are very cooperative, and I hope that I can complete my daughters education upto final grade

I paid a 500Aed registration fee in March this year. A week later I received a call to say there was no spaces left and would I like to send my son to Oxford school instead of having a refund. I declined the offer of the other school and was told my refund would be made. I have sent 5 emails now asking for an update and Admissions have sent 3 of these to the Accounts department. I also received 2 calls to make sure I definitely wanted a refund! Each time the answer is of course yes. Still no refund!!! When I called just now and selected the Accounts department option, I heard people talking and then the phone was put down. Now my number seems to be blocked!! Unless refunded as promised, this is theft....by a School no less! Shocking example that puts a bad light on education in Dubai.

Admission process experience for my child has been just alright. Facility and teaching staff looked good but administration staff isnt very impressive things are not very much streamlined. You need to ask for every single step to see what to so next. I hope experience of my child as a student goes well.

I decided to let my child enroll in this school. Little did I know, these guys are very unsystematic. I have paid for the assessment online. Been trying to call the school several times to ask when is the assessment date. However, no ones been answering phone calls, no email responses, numbers been busy most of the time. They dont even answer chat queries. I didnt give up and kept on calling. Luckily, someone answered BUT I was advised by the operator she doesnt know anything about my query. I called again the next day, spoke to a Filipino and was advised to wait for an email. I waited for few more days then it became weeks, still nothing. You have to chase them in order to get a date for your childs assessment. Visited their school, 2 receptionists (both from the Philippines) wasnt very accommodating at all. They didnt even greeted me properly. And take note, I am a Filipina too. Heard from a good friend of mine that her child was studying here for 3 years and until now, his child has not learned how to write. Teachers kept on missing class. Honestly, Its not a great place to learn for our kids. I havent enroll my son yet, he hasnt taken his assessment yet, but look how their service is. Its not even the start of the school year. All I can observe is the school is very unsystematic, lack of knowledge based, poor customer service. Thank you.

I have read more than 20 bad ratings for your school and you’re as admin replays only on good rating...This is part of mismanagement and low customer service quality

WORST EVER reception & admin. Have to visit the school personally but no one bothers to assist.Should keep on calling multiple times until someone answers. No staff would assist for the school tour, parent should go alone. While passing the classes, question by Teacher what is your problem? instead of asking May I assist you? (poor English).Misguided to apply for YEAR 1 (my daughter is just 4 1/2 years old only), we were advised this is the school policy according to her age limit. As advised applied on line (11 Jun 19), since no reply until 15 Jun 19, called the school and got through their phone line after many attempts. And received the payment link on the next day 16 Jun 19. Then approached directly to pay the fee, RECEIVED a form to fill at the reception. While handing over the filled form, another staff confirmed this is not necessary. (OK.. we kept quite).Child attended the assessment. Was informed she did not pass. Reason - she did not write the name in her paper (of course she knows how to write but educated assistant should guide what the child has to do, would you expect 4yr child to read alone and answer?).Tried the second attempt. We inquired the assistant of child status, she said she will confirm via email and questioned does she know addition & subtraction? I was speechless and was thinking should I question more or no... For us it is a joke to expect addition from a 4yr child.Still I inquired, should we try KG2?, as per her age other schools count KG2. Answer was that 60 other kids are on waiting list!!!! OOPS the answer is very clear school collects money giving hopes for poor parents same as we got trapped (they said your child application was the last one to accept and we are lucky). If I knew if this is a trap, I would have happily given my AED 500/- for charity instead of wasting my money, and specially our valuable time.Most unfortunate point to mention, Both the days on the assessment, my child is just following the staff to the class for her exam, she has no clue where she is going with a stranger, not even cheer, smile, talk. If parents are not allowed to drop the child at least THINK and treat as a child.An email received stated your child couldnt clear the ENGLISH ASSESSMENT, kindly apply next year! This is the funniest conclusion. Mistake started from the name, then diverted to Maths, ended up with English test. (at least be smart when making reasons not to accept an admission). AND after all, do you still expect a parent will think of this school???Every parent knows about their child capabilities. Immediately drafted an email, requested my childs assessment papers to check by ourselves, sent second reminder too. Until now NO REPLY. At least call and inform please come to the school, we can show the papersBut we are glad that our childs destiny is not there, God is great!.. We checked other schools and experienced how they treated and guided the children, also how they respect parents.So Thank you Apple International School for your UNPROFESSIONALISM!! Note - Staff names are not mentioned due WE VALUE HUMAN RESPECT!!Hope this will be helpful for other parents for their time & money..

For class 2 teacher is decided at almost after 6 mnths.. Every next day teacher was absent and keeps changing really very poor management.. The principal is almost next to meet. Her assistant keeps calming down parents aboit the flaws and excuses.. When it comes to fees payments then they are super active with 0% tolerance... KDH should give them a surprise visit.

Ok, Im a student of year 5 in this school and this is what I find out.Pros:-My classmates and the other students are outstandingly smart!-There is a lot of creativity especially in the steam lessons!-They plan you into the future like studying about expo 2020!-The field trips are fun!-The teachers do study for their class, no worries at all!Cons:-Most of the children are dirty minded and very rude to teachers. Like for an example: The boy classes in year 5 are talking about sex and that annoys me because I am in a boy class.-Fees are too high. I dont understand why the price is too high. My mom is worried about this.-Why paid parking?!-The teachers are too stressed but I understand.

My son have studied in this school for last 2 years in foundation stage ... now when I have applied for a transfer certificate got to know that he was registered into a wrong class in khda which was the mistake of the school which they are reluctant to rectify. For last 2 months I am running after the school pro to get my sons tc , which is still pending till date...You have no contact to school thats the main problem in apple international school... No body knows nothing there. Funny fact never ever the landline in the school is answered by anyone .. forget about the extensions but the reception too they keep the receiver aside so nobody will get the call connected even. This was my worst experience here in dubai... pathetic administration......

Worst management, just enroll my daughter, facing too many issues with management, calling the school is big headache, no any extensions answer the calls, even tried for 30min, nether any notification received from management nor any message for the school start dates. I feel very disappointed with the management, hope they will learn from other british school in future. First of all, please note that I have register my child for the afternoon shift.Secondly, after contacting the transport team, they confirmed that they do not have availablity for the afternoon shift.As soon as I know that there is no availability of the afternoon transport, I call the school and change the afternoon shift to morning shift and I have reconfirmed with that lady over the phone that do I have to come in person to change this shift?, she told me that no mam, no need to visit the school, I have made the changes and it will be notified to all staff. however, nothing happens like that till I went to drop my child today i.e.2nd- Sep 2019 in-person to the school. I would never been contacted by the school to confirm the timing and the shift of the school for my child. I have confirmed the timing with the school transport and they said it from 7:30 am to 11:30 am and they start contacting me from Friday 30th, August 2019 for the location.However, due to the long route, I change my mind and send email to the school transport that we will go for oneway transport only. The driver was supposed to pick up my child at 6 am and drop off at school around 7:30 am which was a huge distance and my child cant bear this too. Therefore, when we went to drop our child as we are assuming it is her first day, we came to know that she is registered for afternoon class only. We were very disappointed by the school system.

I am a parent of two children that attend Apple International School, the school provide quality education by professional educators. The Principle of the school had set the standards so high it reflected on the behavior and the performance of the students. Two thumbs up for the Principle and the staff.

You pay what you get. This terms will go for this school. This is a unprofessional and un ethics institution in UAE. A professional parent should not send they child to this school as I can write a book about this school bad experience. Dear loving parents there are lots of good schools around UAE giving better education for your kids but not this Spoiled Apple Staff and admin are pain in the A_ _. Of course an Indian lady principal what else you can expect? Pay little extra to another school and make your childs future a memorable.

Almost a term is going to get over..still they have not completed distributing books and uniforms.nobody wants to even take responsibility for it or even recieve any complaint regarding that.when it comes to giving reminders on school fees payment they are very prompt.but the quality of educational services and administration is very low.they have not given the indentity cards yet.process of distribution of books and uniforms also very bad and unorganized.the uniforms are also over priced.if they can’t handle this they can atleast allow the sale of their uniform in hyper markets and use badges for the school logo.regret putting my ward in this school.

The worst school in all times.. apple international school Dubai is a ZERO school, they have the worst teachers & supervisors, never put your child there, they charge EAD10000, it is relatively cheap, but it is like putting ead10000 in garbage. teachers scream on children all the time & all kids are so scared , they dont tell parents because the teacher will start bullying the child whom his parent complained,,, WORST SCHOOL EVER!!!!!!!!!Teaching level is less than poor & Exams level is very difficult. most of exams are out of curriculum.أسوأ مدرسة في العالم، أسوأ مدرسات وأسوأ إدارة، مستوى التدريس جدا ضعيف و أسئلة الامتحانات جدا صعبة، والتصحيح انتقامي ، وعلاقة الطلاب بالمدرسات علاقة خوف وعدم ثقة، لا أنصح بهذه المدرسة بتاتاً.

Admissions and desk team are very unprofessional, receptionist has never attended phone calls ... my kid got admission and we were waiting for school confirmation email which they sent on wrong email id and when we visited school they told us that seat has already allotted to other kid because we did not respond them ......

Very crowded area in school days mornings as the area has only one exit to Doha st. with one school and a driving inistitute. This is all in addition to area residents cars and driving institute staff and fleet vehicles, especially after paid parking.
