Contacted Rise Up Home Maintenance after seeing the reviews on Google. Had 2 faulty a/c units and issues with water pressure that needed fixing. Took them a couple of days to get to me due to the current situation but the gentlemen who arrived did a thorough job. Did not push through a repair / sale unnecessarily. Honest, hard working and rightly priced professionals.

Iv contacted Rise up on two occasions now and have been so happy with the service. The most recent was at 6pm at night my home had no water due to a pump failure and none was available however Rise up came to my rescue. They followed up with me until the team arrived and even while doing the works, i was able to have a conversation with the plumber. I wont deal with anyone else. Trust me these guys are the real deal and dont charge British prices. Brilliant team keep up the great work.

We first contacted Ali on the night of new years eve 4 years back. Living in centrium towers impz.our kitchen tap broke and called the maintenance, they kept ignoring the issue.i told them Ive got a new born in hand to make it fast. They said they will fix it the next day.this is not the 1st time they are doing this. But LUCKILY came across this number online and Mr.ALI fixed the issue.he came within one hour.(at that time he was getting back home).he did a good job.he is knowledgeableand & efficient.really appreciate and recommending him.

This company is probably the most unprofessional I have experienced in my 13 years living in Dubai. I called them to fix my AC and they came and charged me 200 AED then told me that my compressor needs to be changed soon. Literally a day after their representative left my ac died and then he had sent me a quotation to change the compressor. Then he charged my flat mate a different and more expensive quotation. When we confronted Him, he hung up the phone and then blocked my friend and stopped answering his calls. Then he did the same to me after I tried calling him. It’s truly shocking!

Warning for all clients!!! Stay away from Rise Up Maintenance!!!We called this company to change the compressor, they came and said its another issue, they fixed it and we paid. No recept was given!Next day AC is not working again, they came, fixed, again next day AC not working. When we called third time, they didnt want to come!!! They refused.We paid again to another company and ask them to refund the money.The guy blocked our numbers and we cannot call him.We went to so much stress and stayed without AC, paid double price and still looking for this guy to refund the money.Never go with them, the reviews are fake!!!So disappointed!!!
