Got my lip fillers here and going to get more work done here as well because I got such an amazing time with the Dr and his team he was very professional and knowledgeable dr.the staff are all very professional and welcoming.the Dr. Was also very gentle with his njection technique and was very reassuring and comforting during the injection and made me feel very at ease!the office was absolutely gorgeous, and luxurious feel! The service is amazing the only issue with one lady in the reception with the short hair if am not mistaking her name dania she have very bad attitude I don’t know really from where they bring her she is not qualified to be in your Clinica I have asked her to check my billing she keep me waiting for almost 10 minutes without apologies or anything the way she took from me the payment and how she treated me I haven’t really seeing it in my life i will never come back there because really you have a staff with this kind of attitude

If I could rate them lower than this I would!!! Please dont make the same mistake as me, I believed in fake Marketing and didnt take my time to search thoroughly!!!So, I went there for a liposuction and fat transfer, I wasnt very big so I was expecting a better results!!! First thing they promote for free consultation and once there I was forced to pay! Secondly once with the doctor I started asking about the type of procedure which is completely my right Im the customer, Im paying!!! He was so furious and didnt want to share any details with me saying that this is his job and responsibility I shouldnt involve in this!! And I have no right to ask these kinda questions!!! So till now I have no clue what type of lipo I had!!! I know Im so naive I shouldve left, but then I found my self already stuck with a payment of 15000aed, if I cancel I will not get refund!!!Now almost one year my back looks disaster with lines, ripples and lumpes!!!Weeks & months after I noticed how swollen was my back and did mention it to the doctor!! He said no worries all this will go away after 6 months!!!I did pay for Gplasma so I can get better results and what!!! I have lose skin!!! Im not even sure if he applied the GPlasma. For my buttock looks flat and when I made remark that its not round he replied U NEED TO DO SQUAT!!! Are u kidding me if I wanted to workout I wouldnt spent 40K AED!!!!!And when it comes to their after care service is below -10! I havent received any call from their side to follow up with my case till now!!! I didnt want to post but now I felt that I should share my experience with all the ladies out there please be careful !!!

Be careful guys. Dr Sahar wrongly infected Botox and fillers under chin area and caused paralysis fir cord vocal and Dr Shebli did fir my friend eyelid surgery and it was a fail.

Most horrible experience i have ever went through. I had cavities after my braces so I went to joelle clinic for the dentist dr. Firas and he did the fillings for my cavities after almost two years I went to a differing dentist and he was so shocked as to what filling dr. Firas has used for my cavities. Now i am suffering from pain. Really the worst clinic ever never go to it no matter what. It’s all publicity and all the hype is about her stupid show. Anyways really hate this place don’t do the same mistake i did.

I think Clinic Joelle is over rated! My experience wasn’t the best! I had my appointment booked for a treatment with Dr Salivaras who was more interested in getting us out of his room than listening to our concerns. People in that place are commercial rather than caring! Definitely won’t go again.

Joelle clinic is a nice place to visit and it is actually my best place. I always plan ahead of time to visit joelle’s clinic from outside UAE and I fly all the way there. I always see Dr Chalbi, very professional and honest.Unfortunately this time I was unlucky and I was appointed to see Dr Michael and surprisingly he is a doctor that judges and takes a decision on where you come from and how you outfit looks like. I got to know after I was done that if your service gets done by Dr Michael, the price is double thank Dr Chalbi.I don’t understand why prices are not the same and doctor Michael prices are high though his job is insanely bad!! Bad bad!It is so unethical of Joelle’s clinic staff to deal with clients this way. They let you in to see the doctor, get done with the treatment and after you are done they surprise you with the amount. If this is how their business works then ethically speaking, the client should be informed before even entering the doctor’s room. So unprofessional and very clearly deceiving and frauding the clients

I’m disappointed with this clinic. Very unprofessional!!! Doesn’t know how to do fillers wow.....a total waste of money.They use Juvederm for the tear through which is not the best for this area.I had to go to another clinic to fix the damages on my face! I am making sure to tell everyone the bad experience I had so that they don’t go there!!!

I had an amazing experience at Clinica Joelle Jumeirah last week. Dr Firas made my teeth super white with the zoom whiting procedure. Now my teeth look healthy, clean and now I can’t stop smiling. I also did a Hyrofacial with lovely Alfia. My skin not only looks younger, it’s glowing and is radiant. I highly recommend this Clinic for their expertise and professionalism.

Im leaving a review here for two reasons:a) None of the reviews are actually any good, this place looks like a fan club white-board with mostly incomplete and / or poorly composed statements.b) I recently escaped the clutches of Dr Joy (Jumeirah branch) and their unethical, money extortion strategies and instead had a wonderful experience with Dr Firas and Dr Bachir for myself, my daughter and my nephew.I can only highly recommend this clinic for their up-to-date equipment, top-class professionalism and courtesy, in addition to the excellent treatment and care they performed. The clinic has a welcoming atmosphere, with skilled and courteous staff. Although every time Ive been there, there have been a lot of patients, the actual waiting time is very short to none. Theyre prompt with their schedules and give you the time to first perform analysis around the problem youre experiencing, and then taking the time out to give you a full run-down on cost breakdown. Theyre quoted costs dont change throughout the treatment, irrespective of the number of times you visit the doctors (unlike my experience at Dr Joy). I greatly felt they dont assume youre made of gold dust and value your time and money. Mostly it felt like youre being treated as a human by humans, and to me that says a lot about their work ethics.
