Today I ordered the worst order ever, I ordered three large pizzas and received the wrong order not like what I did I order at all the pizzas were not fresh at all, like had been cooked three days ago, and cola is like ice water and bread with garlic that never eats its taste like stone. My problem is not only that I did received the wrong order my biggest problem, which made me get very angry is that the food supposed to throw it in the garbage it is clear that it was cooked days ago, the worst branch ever will not ask for it again, so gross

Today we have one of our friend birthday in motor city Pizza Hut branch .we enjoyed a lot .miss shiba entertained a lot .she is a very very sweet staff member .

Pizza is and will forever be first love! I have been a loyal customer of pizza hut ME since forever. Over the years I have seen how Pizza Hut has evolved and I was extremely ecstatic to review their new launch - XTREMEI was invited for review at their Sheikh Zayed Road branch and I absolutely loved the ambiance and the friendly staff. As for the pizza ..Well it was humongous and crossed all expectations!All favorite toppings come together on a super extra Large Pizza. With Super Supreme, Pepperoni, Very Veggie and Margherita on an 18 - inch pizza, it’s Extreme variety and Extreme size! For up to 5 people. Amazing Right ?Each slice is rich in layers and ingredients thus making your experience all the more enjoyable! Pair it up with their delicious garlic bread and mojito to be all set for a party!!

Pizza was burnt. Hardly any topping on it. I received stuff crust instead of deep pan. Very disappointed

Ordered Limo pizza with Garlic and herb dib, the quantity is good enough for 4 adults. Pizza toppings,Chicken SupremeChicken ShawarmaPepperoni.Loved their Chicken Shawarma Pizza. Very generous with their pepperoni.

I ordered 3 pizzas and the base was so thick where I really did not enjoy it. I hope this wont happen again. I usually love pizza hut.Thanks / Daniel

Delicious pan pizzas - whats not to like? They are usually good, especially the very veggie and the mexican/chipotle chicken. The hawaiian is also nice. They run a decent promo on Tuesdays - buy one, get one - which is good value for a couple of pizzas straight out the oven. An area for improvement would be to shorten the wait times.

This is actually one of the best pizza huts in Dubai, taste is always good, always fresh and quick service too. Today due to Iftar time it was extremely extremely busy, there were only 1 waiting staff and 2 behind the counter doing their best to keep everything going. They were serving customers in the restaurant people for take away and all the delivery guys but I have to say that I found the manager to be very unhelpful, very rude as he was shouting at his staff who were doing theor best. For every little thing he would shout so loud and rudely at his staff that we could hear him all over the restaurant. But the rest of the staff still had smile on their faces and kept doing their best.

I had a limo one meter pizza over few times ..A bit expensive for a middle class person..Food was great as per mt taste...Overall a good experience

This is by far the worst Pizza Hut store in the UAE. The pizzas are always inconsistent and mostly undercooked so you get a chewy and undercooked pizza. Surprising for an international chain who has standard cooking procedures.The delivery times are ridiculous. The min time is 90 minutes and the last 2 times was 2 hours and its not an exaggeration. The store manager doest bother to even call and inform that the other is running becuase its just how they operate. Incompetence all around.Sorry pizza hut, you need to make sure your franchise partners are living up to your brand.

Pizza hut has a deal of buy one get one free every Tuesday. I ordered one margarita pizza and one vegetable pizza. Both the pizzas were undercooked and runny. When I complained, they said the cheese pizza was runny just because it had too much cheese and since the vegetable pizza was literally falling apart they put it in the oven for a few extra minutes after which it became manageable. But it was too bland, missing even simple seasoning. My children barely ate the margarita pizza. I packed and brought it home. I popped it in the oven for 7 minutes and it became edible. Lesson learnt: dont fall for the deal if you want to enjoy good pizza hut pizza. No offense intended to any personal choices or preferences or even to people who are working there. They are nice people just struggling to deal with the big number of customers they attract on Tuesdays on account of the deal.

Small. Seating is average. No outside seating. No buffet salad.

Definitely not the worst outlet to be at. Service is decent and there is an average amount of space too however I took take away from this location of the ultra cheese pizza which even has cream cheese. Unfortunately I couldnt resist myself and only clicked after eating a few slices. The pizza was made well and will be ordering from here again.

I ordered a San Fransisco Ultimate Cheese Pizza and honey mustard wings.Ended up receiving thin crust Margherita and the driest wings ever cooked without even a speck of sauce!

Not at all good... The beef lasagnia was pathetic.... Pizzas not the best chicken in thin crust... and the chicken in hot crust was ok/good....The mojito and drinks were served in ordinary see thru plastic just as at any cafeteria /fast food joint

I purchased limo yesterday from motor city outlet and the quality of the food is compromised. They are very busy in online delivery so cash counter lady was not attemptive towards walking customer. And the pizza was not of same quality which we use to eat . So no more pizza hut for me.

Better interior than other Pizza Hut branches. Youll have to be lucky with food, as its either a hit or miss depending on how oily the pizza is or if it was rushed.

Nice place! I went there with my family. Every thing was fine.

I ordered online on 20th Mar and driver couldn’t find my home. He went back, although my card was charged and still waiting for refund. Today I ordered again and one hour wait time, called support centre and answer I got that PIZZA HUT can’t deliver due to weather although rain has stopped here about 30 minutes. On refund, I have to wait for 7 days.Extremely poor service and call centre had no sense of customer service, I made a request to talk to manager and was informed he is busy, will call you later.Sorry state of affair. A well managed Pizza Hut outlet, clean and staffed with friendly and helpful employees. The location is very convenient for people living in and near Motor City. There is a indoor parking available but my recommendation is to park yor car in the underground parking in the centre opposite.

Worst experience and customer service..Never go there if you value your money and meal. The lady at the counter seemed not interested having a customer.Rude not bothering to explain the choices on my 2 super limo order, instead gave the catalogue to study and decide.. And even after giving my choices of dips, she supplied me her choices only which I came to know on opening reaching home.The customer service is hell. Felt like had gone for begging something free.

It was the worst pizza evver...the tase is terrible and theres chemical flavour..the crust is hard and not fresh...it was not sealed with safety label...we ordered 3 pizzas and threw them in the garbage unfortunately 100 drhams were gone for nothing...very bad experience..will never order agaain

The branch staff are friendly but the branch as a hole is bad, we know Ramadan has bad Iftar rush but this is no excuse for missing sweets and beverages, I mean if you have a Ramadan offer you shouldnt be out of the Hersheys cokie or 7UP. The branch wasnt busy yet 2 pick up orders were too late that both customers were furious and I cant blame them cause it doesnt take 50 min to prepare a pizza.All in all it was a bad experience.
