Pizza Hut is no more what it used to be. The toppings are gone, the bread is getting bad. The ordered pizzas are not to the mark and I can say that there are many local Pizzerias which serve better pizzas for an even better price. I am writing this review on my 2 experiences within the last year. We ordered their one of most expensive pizzas, the one with gold colour powder sprinkled on it and on the other occasion a combo. The knot-like pizza was bad with the crust being too soggy, the knots were bland with no taste whatsoever. The traditional pizza was also not that good. Hope the management works on their pizzas taste before serving it to the customers.Price - 5/10Food - 4/10Ambiance - N/A (its in the food court)Service - 8/10

My wife visited it. Pizza was ok but the salads are definitely not fresh. After that she had abdominal pain and vomiting. Never again!

Pathetic service, was waiting for my order even though it was right in front of me , very rude staff who back answered and ignored me as a customer. Manager too was bad to handle the situation. No sense of service.

Worst customer service because when we ordered we wanted to cancel something and the worker she was angry and was aggressive towards us because we canceled one of the pizzas

Worst experience from pizza hut dubai festival city mall .They took More than 1 hr for limo pizza and that to they served look a like limo pizza which can be compare to other outlets. Definitely not recommended this place better to have at another outlets .

I like this restaurant, but the staff there ,,,, !!!Food are great as usual but if you don’t know the menu they will not help you , just they receive the order and they looks tired !!!

This place was very busy - Im not surprised with their 1 metre long pizza they just launched. We ordered lasagne which was very tasty, it came with garlic bread and a drink. Was nice, i like theyre pizzas too. So overall great food and great service. Thank you guys.Will be back for round 2 in the future

Cheapest pizzas in town provides the worst pizzas in town. Pizzas can never go wrong when it come to kids, but Pizza Hut even fails to impress kids even with a simple cheese margarita. This outlet has Papa Johns just 10 steps away and great quality pizzas.

Solidly mediocre. The next door Papa Johns is a better option in my view.

This is the worst pizza hut I have ever visited. I ordered meal for 2 and when order came I was shocked as instead of garlic bread they gave me bare pizza base. they said they dont have supplies but they keep accepting orders. Worst experience for me. will not recommend to anyone. I put a complain online but no answer from them.
