Worst service in the case of delivery. They are not bothered about the timely delivery of the order. At the end we have to wait for more than 2 hours and to have cool pizza. Its better not to opt delivery by them.

Got delivery for a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza from here. We also ordered a cookie but since they didnt have the normal one in stock they offered double chocolate which I dont like. Pizza was fine but 2 times in a row they didnt have the normal cookie in stock and the manager there didnt really care much about my feedback to add stock for the same item. Unfortunately still the only brach delivering to Garhoud so forced to order from here.

PIZZA HUT ABUSES ITS WORKERS. THEY ALSO MISTREAT THEIR DRIVERS - driver salary is 1400 and any complaints against the manager means the driver gets a 5 day penalty and salary deduction. My driver said he was working there for 10 years and the company doesnt pay 1 fil for the parking.Beware -- Very bad customer service - never delivered part of my order and the rest was delivered late.Manager Ibrahim was extremely rude saying he has 300 customers to respond to and had no time to deal with complaints. Raised a formal complaint against the manager for misbehaviour and then his branch threatened to ban me for raising the complaint.Pizza Hut care team Sabry is also unhelpful. Their customer service says one thing and then says we never said it.Wanted a nice dinner - had to spend 120 minutes on the phone with pizza hut customer service and and order elsewhere.
