I have TMJ and after surgery I went for physiotherapy at this centre and was treated by Danielle. In short, she is brilliant!!She took the time to identify the issues and deal with them one by one. She also gave me some great exercises to maintain my improvement. Would certainly recommend the centre and Danielle!! Personally, I would not go anywhere else.

I have been treated for several months by Danielle at the Physio center.She has a very good and accurate diagnosis, confirmed by x-ray and consultation with a orthopedic doctor.I suffered from a damaged meniscus and Danielle taught me some very good exercises to strengthen my muscles and I am now pain free.And I avoided surgery!I suffered lately from an almost frozen shoulder and she has been able to avoid the freeze by massaging, and dry needling.She also gave me exercises to practice at home to make sure I keep the shoulder mobile.I highly recommend the Physio Center for the professionalism of the physiotherapists and very pleasant staff.

I had limited arm movement post strenuous exercise (gym session), Booked an appointment with Brian and he is a great physio and highly recommended. He was friendly and explained the issue in detail. Recommended stretching exercises and did dry needling. I instantly felt better after the session and fully recovered in a couple of days.Some plus points about the clinic, they keep in touch with you via watsapp regarding appointments, they have free parking in the basement and they do direct billing with insurance.Highly recommended and Thank you Brian for being great help.

I received treatment at The Physio Centre for Knee pain whilst training for the Dubai Half Marathon. The service I received was extremely professional and timely and I was able to complete the marathon pain free. I would definitely return there.

I started at Physio Centre after developing some knee problems from Crossfit. Miffy was really helpful and took me through a great program to get my knee back in working order and strong enough to go back to CF. She was responsive to how I was feeling throughout the process and tailored the exercises to what was most comfortable for me. The admin staff was also friendly and made the whole experience easy.

I have done an ACL Surgery in the USA. And my knee rehab has not been completed there. I have been looking for a good physio Center in Dubai. And after being to so many of them. My Knee movement got worse. I found this clinic. I have seen Miffy and it been amazing. My movement is back to full range and I been able to run and play football again.

Visiting The Physio Centre after a recurrent shoulder injury, I had an excellent session with Miffy who took care to establish the reasons for and extent of the injury and in addition to the treatment program gave me some exercises to maintain ongoing fitness. The reception was efficient in making and sending reminders about appointments and the appointments ran to time.

I have been to the Phsyio Centre a great deal to help with various issues particularly with neck and back pain. What sets them apart from other phsyios I have seen is that not only do they provide effective hands on treatment combined with exercises but they also make sure you are educated about the injury, the causes of it and most importantly how to use exercises and other techniques to prevent further recurrences or new injuries. The clinic is exceptionally well run, the staff are always friendly and exceptionaly professional. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

I could not recommend this physio any less than 5 out 5. I have seen numerous physios in my time, mostly in the UK, and none have managed to make me feel so welcomed, relaxed and well informed about my condition. Miffy is thorough, friendly and focused on not only treating you but making you understand all that is going on. Plus with a joie de vivre that will only leave you smiling and in less pain! I 100% recommend this first class clinic to anyone!

Aisling was an absolute saviour. I was at desperation stage after having tried a combination of massage, chiro, pillows, exercise for chronic back and shoulder pain. Aisling spent 2 hours on initial consult zeroing in on the causes, and over the course of just a couple weeks had me living a normal life again, issue completely gone. Cannot recommend her enough.
