Very good physiotherapy center.. the physiotherapist are very knowledgeable and their methods are very much effective in improving my disc problems.Its only the difficulty to find appointments that kept them from getting 5 stars

They are bad in appointments!

Had a lower back pain, after visiting few hospitals they all said I have herniated disc causing sciatica pain..never really convinced about their diagnosis so I came across Adam Vital, in the first visit with few stretching here and there ,the pain reduced dramatically..the Doctor said your back is fine, you have piriformis muscle syndrome.Booked for ten sessions for both strength exercises and physiotherapy 1 hour each two days a week.. cost me 8500aed , maybe its expensive but if its gonna fix my issue, then why not.Special thanx to Tarik and Damir .piriformis muscle syndrome might take a while to really healed , especially in my case since Im driving back and forth everyday to Abu Dhabi ... I need to maintain my exercises at home and strengthing my back, glutes and leg muscles , it might take a month or more..Knowing the real reason that causes the issue is half the cure the rest is up to me and how commited Iam to maintain active lifestyle.

Work there are excellent professionals. help people and to raise them in the faith, not everyone can.

The hospital is physical and does not care about the patient in December 2020. They asked me to meet the doctor in the hospital and to do X-rays and resonances, after which I returned to the clinic in Nad Al-Hammar and met Dr. Adam and he asked me for physiotherapy sessions. So far, I have not been contacted about physical therapy.
