I sent my canon camera 2 years ago for a small missing part in Dubai’s service center and till now I didn’t get it!! I keep calling and they promise they’ll deliver within a week or so then weeks passes by and no reply from them, they even refuse to send me an email confirming delivery time! I was nice enough to give them many chances but now I just had enough and filed a complaint in consumer protection,, worst service ever they made me lose many projects!

SadCanons Middle East headquarters is the least exciting HQ you can imagine. Surez the have a nice seminar area and such. But I didnt see anyone smiling. Guess working conditions here arent too fantastic. #canon.

The hq of one of the top imaging brands in the world.Not really open to the public, but in a beautiful setting in Media/Internet City.Parking can be very difficult to find in the early morning and after lunch. Allow more than 20min if you have a meeting anywhere adjacent.

Have to agree with the reviewer below that Canon Emirates employees are lazy and will do almost anything NOT to earn your business. Craziest business model I have ever seen! All I wanted to do was purchase a printer for my business and they had every excuse in the book why they couldnt help me (e.g. we only accept payment from certain banks -- no, we cant do any delivery -- etc.) Very difficult to work with. Take your business elsewhere.

Great Organization.

I called from Doha to ask if the focusing screen is available. it was clear that the staff is so lazy and they dont want to be bothered. each one i called gave me a number and asked me to call that number for more information about the item. i called about 4 showrooms and five workshops LOL and finally i gave up > no one was there to help
