They used to took my daighters school photos for few years before they changed them. Quality is good but the prices were quite high. Moreover, I paid online for digital copies but when I went to make hard copies from another photo shop I was told that the pixel size of the photos only allow me to make small copies not large ones which was disappointing. I tried to call several times but no one answered my call. Disappointing experience.

They sent me wrong photo who is not my kid and I had to call. I have provided the right details but still wrong photo so I had to take it up to the school for it to be fixed. I have requested to include one photo of my daughter full body because all the 4 shots I have was bad but no response. I think there should be a specific person dedicated for customer support since there will be lots of queries from parents. I must say Im very disappointed with the service for this school year.

Visited this place for School photography. Staff is very friendly and knows how to take the best snaps of school children. The studio is in a warehouse & parking may be limited.

Just received my childs school pictures of Ambassador International Academy, Dubai. The photographer did a fantastic job though getting a good posture for the KG kids might be challenging apart from the package a bit pricey, in all its a job well done.

Just got hold of my daughters grad day pics and I Must say the photographer was an amateur who does not know the first thing about exposure lighting and orientation. gave us uncut pictures. Their charges are exorbitant and the outcome is way below standard and not worth the money. It ruined whatever little memory we could save during this pandemic of our daughters graduation day. There are better studios for lesser cost.will not recommend.

I called them to get even a non-editable jpeg pictures (school photoshoots) of my kids, and got an unbelievable price for a simple image to keep for good memories. This is a digital era and they think people living in cave times 🤣. I wish schools get some sensible photography studio to do the job. Print quality not good too. 👎👎👎

Their class photos ARE 1/2 METER long and 7 inches wide. lol. It doesnt fit any normal frame and not easy to take in case you choose to travel. Also, they are not available in digital format. So, in other words, I choose not to spend my 100AED on a photo that cant be used for anything.PS: when I complained about disproportionate looking child in the photo, they had some lame excuse. Not professional ~Wish I can show you some really lousy looking photos ~ :)

Utter rip off money. Paid 100+ dirham for just 5 print out photos and none were tidy looking. When asked for explanation its their child protection policy for not adjusting hair and looking like punk style. Seriously?... Cant the photographer take help of teachers or assistants in school ?Worst customer experience. Ordered photos in Jun and didnt receive any response until I contacted in Aug. I was told to collect from the old school after academic year opens in September. Is this how they provide service to customers?

I just wanted to say how thrilled we are with our school photos. For the last two years weve had Stu Williamson take the school pictures and theyre so beautifully done. The photos are professional, the quality exceptional and theyve even mastered getting the children to smile! Total and utter rip-off.They were commissioned to do class pictures for ISCS Nad Al Sheba and are charging AED 55 for a SINGLE DIGITAL download. Which is more expensive than a printed 10x7!And they didnt even shoot a proper class photo - its a blended composite of individual shots.AED 385 for 7 shots that would not take the photographer more than 5 minutes. FOR EACH CHILD. Brilliant business model!EDIT, in response to the owners reply:Youve mentioned that packages were offered providing even better value - seriously? Pay more, get less is your definition of value?While your digital files may allow multiple prints of up to 40 inches that is not how 90% of your customer base will use them. They will save them on the cloud, share on social media, and send out to friends and family over chat apps. Had you offered them as a package with prints as an add-on, that would have been much better received.As for class photos, wasnt talking about the seniors.And no, your response doesnt explain your prices. Had the portraits been brilliant *perhaps* they would have been justified. But they werent and that is that.

Picture and paper frame are bad quality, not worth the money. It was the school choice otherwise would never use their services.

Guess how much I need to pay for the school photo ( Sunmarke international school)?It is unbeliveble!!!! 90 AED!!!Almost 25 $ for the ONE regular photo (standard size).It is minimum price...other photos cost more expensive.You want downlowd one photo ? 95 AED!!!!

I received my daughters photographs from school (Cambridge Intl, Dubai, UAE) today 03rd May 2015.I was shocked at the quality of photographs that were provided.The Individual portrait photograph was blurred (including the small sized photos) & the group (class) photograph has some of the students blurred.Why should anyone have to pay for unprofessional services when we cannot even get a single decent photograph. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.I know many photographers here in the UAE who would do a much better job than the one who took my childs school photographs.The school needs to seriously review who they use for school photography.

I would not recommend doing business with this man.Weve had a very bad, and very expensive experience with stu williamson. stu williamson sold us a used printer in perfect working condition.Price tag, 2000 euros. I asked stu williamson if the printer had any issues and if it was maintained by a real HP mechanic. He told us it was all good and well maintained. All looked good, so we ordered the printer. After receiving the printer, the trouble started immediately. the printer had troubles starting. We called our mechanic to check what was going on. Mechanic conclusion: motherboard and formatter were in very bad condition. Mechanic also wondered if the printer had any maintenance, ever, at all? Total damage: incl mechanic costs, over 2000 euros. stu williamson promised us to help, and look for a solution. Turned out, with helping he meant not responding to any email we send him at all. Thanks stu williamson.

Had very bad experience last time and won’t order again, my sons photos reached the school after the academic year was end, we struggled to get them and photo size was not matching the cartoon frame background, this is totally unacceptable and reflects careless attitude to clients.
