Absolutely not helpful and super expensive for what I asked for

On a positive note, the girls at the front desk were pleasant to work with. But, overall, the experience was negative. Doesn’t seem to have proper general management and seems to be a bit all over the place. Also, extremely expensive compared to other studios. Not worth the price difference. It seems their main concern is trying to get the most money out of each of their clients. Wouldn’t recommend to family members or friends.

Fantastic, professional service. Great value package included pregnancy, newborn and toddler shoot and one printed, framed photograph from each. The pregnancy shoot was a lovely experience and we treasure the photographs. The second was when my son was born. Very patient with the newborn. The first day was a disaster as the baby was very unsettled. They invited us back the following day at a better time for him and had the studio temperature set perfectly. Just warm enough to relax the baby without him falling asleep! The photographer was confident with holding the baby and positioning him and we used every minute of the one hour shoot. The photographs were stunning.

This is my second time visiting Pink Pepper and they never disappoint! I first came for my maternity shoot, and just recently had a newborn shoot. I am so pleased we booked 2 hours as it took time to settle our baby in the new environment, but the photographer was so patient and new all the tricks to relax and settle our little one. Once he was settled she was so natural in handling our baby (much better than us new parents!) and as always the editing is so professional, we look forward to coming back again! You should always give what you promised even its voucher, your team assure to give additional pic for the baby but you didnt follow your promise, I can understand the way you were talking with me even. its not personal once Customer assured you for something agreed with your team at that that so you should understand that was agreed and fixed and as company never return back. It shows the quality of your facility in front of us as Customers.Thanks

Extremely unprofessional with timings despite openly marketing. I decided to try them hearing the good reviews but now, after the first interaction with them, Id rather stick to ordinary studios that stick to their commitment.

What beautiful studios! Wonderfully decorated and lots of accessories for different shootsAlso they have a viewing room so you can see your pics side by side and narrow it down to your best ones

I don’t like talking bad about a place, after all the photos turned out to be satisfactory but it’s way overpriced and not forgiving at all. Some of the staff members were very kind and understanding and really pleasant to talk to, but others were messy, unorganized and all over the place with lack of basic knowledge about their products and services or basics of customer service. Have I mentioned the price? Oh yeah, I did.

I had a family shoot and the pictures were beautiful. Kelly Zuber was particularly helpful in coordinating the shoot. I would definitely recommend. Thanks again!

I visited for the second time for another family shoot, the team are so professional and the space is convenient to get the children ready. The photographers worked really hard to get the shots with the kids, even though my 18 month old was distracted, we got lovely photos of course and are super happy. x

The photographer was perfect and fun during the photoshoot. Although i came back for viewing and wanted to upgrade the selected package, the receptionist and her manager refused calmly with defensive attitude. However, i was going to pay for it and didn’t want it for free as a courtesy. They were debating and challenging me that what so ever discussion happened before ; they were right and i was wrong.Clearly the team just wanted to finish the viewing session and get rid of me, instead of satisfying the customer and gain their loyalty of coming back.They just made me hate my maternity photoshoot and i regret that i dealt with such studio thats hiring unqualified faculty team who made a 9 month pregnant lady frustrated and broke her temper ended up crying for worthless reasons.

Photographer is friendly but there were more good photos shown on camera during the shoot than during actual viewing

The place has professional photographers. They have a good talent of dealing with children and they take nice shots.

We had the pleasure to photoshoot our newborn baby girl, and we couldnt find a better place to do so, the staff are amazing, very friendly and well trained to dealing with babies, highly recommended for everyone who wants to have the cutest memory of their loved baby

My husband and I loved every minute of our prenatal photoshoot. Everything was seemless from start to finish and Kelly was especially helpful in coordinating our session. The photographer was very experienced and we are thrilled to bits with the final images - they look absolutely amazing! Can’t wait to return for our new born photoshoot. :)

I booked 1 hour session with them for my one month old daughter. First of all their packages are expensive for the quality of service they offer. I paid aed 800 for 6 photos and every additional photo was charged aed 250 each. This is a rip off! Since it was our dear babys pictures we were emotionally driven to pay such insane amount. Moreover there was hardly any choices of props and costumes available. After the photos were ready to be collected we got an email to come and collect (since we chose for printed copies of the photos) between 10am-9pm. When I reached at the studio at 8:15pm the arabic looking receptionist was so rude. She was clearly very unhappy to see me and told me that its closing time soon and I must come tomorrow. Only when I have shown her the email stating the timings for the collection. She rolled her eyes and gave me the envelope with the photos, as if she was giving it to me for free. This is so unprofessional. I chose pink pepper for its hyped up brand name, I wanted to have my babys pictures taken every month as she is growing up. This was the first and last time I spent my money at Pink pepper. There are so many companies available in Dubai providing the same service and has better choice of costumes/props and doing a much better job. They also have an option of buying all the unedited photos taken during the session at a fixed price, something which Pink pepper never offered me. Still repenting why I went to them for my babys first photoshoot. Wish I could turn back the time.

Wasn’t so satisfied with my baby’s photos. Not what I expected them to do. Camera man just knows how to shoot but there’s no concept, style etc. Not worth for the expensive price !

Worst experience! Terrible pictures!1. The photographer wasn’t professional, she had no clue what poses we should do, did not even care to check if all of us are looking into the camera! ZERO skill!2. 40 out of 40 pictures were horrible, had to choose 5 less horrible pictures since I already paid 999 (BIG MISTAKE).Note: If all I wanted were pictures using a DSLR camera, I would have used my own with a self timer!!!Extremely disappointed!

These guys are the best!I had done my maternity photoshoot with them initially and was so overwhelmed with the way the outcome was. The pictures have come out so well and my convinced that the memory was captured in the best possible way.Followed by the opportunity we got for new born photoshoot. We had the most wonderful experience with Pink Pepper Photography! I answered their Instagram post for an infant model, and viola my 3 weeks old son Viaan was ready for a photo shoot with them. They staffs were absolutely lovely with the baby. The session went on really well and Viaan was handled with care by the team. We got some great pictures and we enjoyed the seamless experience! I highly recommend Pink Pepper Photography to anyone looking for both maternity and newborn baby photography.

Terribly overpriced and not worth the money. They come to your kids nursery, spend 5 minutes on your kid (I was present at the shoot) and then try to get as much as possible out of your pocket. 80 dirhams for 1 digital photo!!!!! Customer service is zero flexibility. When I asked to swap undesired 6 key chains out of their stupid package to 1 extra digital photo they literally started screaming at me that its not possible. All this after I paid them 450 dirhams for ridiculous package of 3 digital and printed pics plus 1 class photo. God forbid! Never again

Wonderful photographer, just ashame about every other part of the service. From start to finish the support staff were so unorganised. They struggled to communicate package details so we paid and later found out we werent getting what we expected. They couldnt communicate simple photo edits with their team, used the wrong coloured frames for pictures and generally screwed up everything possible. It took almost 6 weeks to get my photos and we would never return. Add to that they will never let you speak to a manager which is more frustrating when youve been missold. To the photographer... I would work anywhere else.

Its waste of time !! Out of 40 pictures there was one accepteble , no editing or unproffisionnal one ! Photographer was just shooting many pictures fastly . Plus its over priced 5 pics is 800 AEDI wish i did not go there and lose my time on something i could do better with my mobile
