Great service ,They actually took 30 photos to get the perfect shot without any hesitation.

It took less than 24 hours for them to develop my film. Love it, will develop my film here again for sure

Poor quality and service. Photo brightness was bad to a level that changed my skin color. They didnt do simple photo editing to enhance it.

If you need any personal photos printed in various sizes they got you covered. They also print documents.

They are great also when it comes to editing. Coz my baby cant close her mouth this is actually for the visa purpose and the PRO requires a close mouth so they fin a way to close it by editing and it turned so nice and still cute as well.

Staffs are very unprofessional. They will tell you to send the pictures thru email EVEN IF YOU DON’T have data and if you ask them if they have wifi they will tell you they don’t have but in fact they really have! Seriously? It’s not a loss if you let the customer connect for 5 mins.! That’s what customer service is. Will never go to this branch and will not recommend as well.

Today at exactly 2pm i went to this branch for my son’s passport photo. We need to go upstairs for them to take photo of my son and u fortunately it’s quite high stairs and I’m carrying my baby who’s also very heavy. My baby’s hair need to be fixed as per the attendant in this shop so i need some water for me to fix my son’s hair. THIS IS THE WORST PART THAT MADE MY DAY SOOOOO BAD!!!! The lady on duty asked me to go down and get water to fix my sons hair but i told her I can’t leave my son he will cry and she answered me to bring my son down. IMAGINE? I need to go down that stairs to get the water and i asked her if she can’t do it for us but she insisted me to do it instead. WHERE IS THE GOOD SERVICE? Are these staff well trained!!??? And by the way there is no so much customer only me and the other couple. I hope the management will take action on this!!!Kabayan ka pa naman!!!!! Talagang pababain moko sa mejo kasikipan na stairs na haba pa bitbit anak ko. Grabeh!!! Buti nalang Lord you have comforted me to not do anything sa galit ko talaga. Plus yong isa na naaa baba di pa talaga ako sinagot agad na may gripo sila!!!!Worst branch of kodak ever!!!!!

Very poor customer service which needs to be seriously looked into by the Management. try AL ABARJ studio located inside of the building in front of Crowne plaza salah al din st. they have very accomodating staff who will give u the best assistance you are looking for. good editing skills as well with no extra charge even when you need to save a soft copy.

To edit yout photo need to charge 10 and if you request soft copy on your email you need to pay another 5 aed completely annoying. while in other shop the total price comes with cd for your your soft copy.

This shop must be closed very soon.very rude staff..will not come again. They are asking for extra charge on everything even in sending pic in usb only it cost 5aed..so horrible.!

Staffs are rude and not accommodating at all. If you have you own photo and just want it to be printed they will ask you to send it to their email, its fine, but be sure you have your own data because the staff said they don’t have WIFI (even though you can see it on your wifi list) maybe they don’t like to share their password, i don’t know. but for the customers convenience , its not really good to ask customers to send things on email but you don’t have wifi. so now it will be your problem how to send it to them. they will not even offer any options for you on how you can send it to them. this is the only shop i went to in dubai with no wifi.

The photographer was so rude , did not assist before making picture even I asked for assistance she is moody but i have no time to look another studio. I told her before leaving your attitude is not good towards me if you have bad moods thats none of my business I am customer ...anyhow will never go again this shop

Unprofessional service. The photographer has a very bad personality and doesnt know how to use the photoshop. When she took my picture she didnt even assist or fix what has to be fixed to make me look good. I paid 100 dhs for 4 soft copy pictures and charged me another 5 dhs for saving the files in my usb. Its a shame that I had to ask my friend to retouch my photographs having said that I paid that much money. I wasnt satisfied at all. The studio was dirty and in my opinion the poor service she gave, her disgusting attitude and the terrible experience cost not even close to 25 dhs payment. This studio must close, seriously.

One of the pathetic service received from this photo studio. The person who is handling the customer service doesnt have manners to talk. We have given them order in bulk quantity and they have spoiled and mixed all photographs and did not done numbering to photographs.

The Filipina staff is rude and not in the mood to do her job. Didnt listen properly to my request and charged me 75dhs for photocopy of 36 black & white papers and passport photo; Bad attitude and stealing money. Will never come back again. Not recommended for anyone.
