One of the worst pharmacies I have ever dealt with. They refused to return back 2 bottles of Folic Acid that I bought 12 hours ago from this same Pharmacy (Not opened or even touched) by telling me that These items are under a Promotion and I dont have the right to get a refund or even to exchange these 2 items by any other thing (like to get a voucher worth of the same value of purchase/almost 30 AED ). Shameful & Unprofessional !!Actually Im working as a dentist in the same Springs Souk next to Life Pharmacy where I used to advise my patients to buy medicines from this Life Pharmacy. Not Any more !!! I know now what to tell If any patient asks my advice about buying medicines.

I am a loyal life Pharmacy client but i have to say this is by far the branch with the less than average service. Especially the filipina lady with long hair. Totally clueless when u ask her anything and zero effort to help and so not friendly. The pharmacist male was v nice though. But seriously disappointed with the sales ladies everytime. I thought i should let you know so you work on the training of the staff more.Thanks

Good branch and coveinent location

Im a loyal life pharmacy client however in this branch the service is terrible. I paid the full amount but they delivered partial and some of the medicines were missing. They promised they will deliver the next day but its been 4 days now they havent delivered. So i went to the branch and they dont remember about the medicine. Very unprofessional.

I like Life pharmacy, but this branch has some nasty customer service

I asked for cataflam 20 tablets they charged me for 20 but gave me only 10 tablets in a box of 20 . They said it could be stock error as and they must have given 10 tablets to someone .??? And rudely disconnected the phone . Also they don’t give the receipt so pls ask for the receipt at life pharmacy spring SoukWhy open a box of 20 tablets when cataflam does box 10 tables
