Super ineficient delivery, 2 hour after my call and still waiting, then when I did call they said to wait 2 more hours!!! So easier to go to a phamacy in abudhabi and return than placing a delivery order fromm this Pharmacy, and 0 comunication from them.

Be aware of the exchange policy which they don’t inform you at the counter. Also please don’t take their advice on any products. Really disappointed.

They offer what can only be described as the worst and most inefficient home delivery service. Absolutely no customer service, ignoring direct questions and 6 hours delivery time with out even an apology... They are in a class by themselves with this level of customer dissatisfaction!!! Even one star is too much , I made an order at 7Am and they parmacist took my number my location my order as well , I waited till 8am then I called back then I ask the pharmacist where is my order why its late , he answer sorry our delivery will start at 10 am , I ask him why you didnt inform me I could call anyother pharmacy and his answer was sorry I forget to inform you and thats it . His name is sagar and I wish for him A very bad luck .Dear life pharmacy last time will never happen again to deal with you ... Aster always is the best .

I wish I have read the reviews before ordering through their WhatsApp service. This reached to a whole new level. It is not 2 - 4 hours delay. It is almost 24 hours and I have not yet received the delivery, and had to call more than 5 times and still false promises. This is a pharmacy, and people order medicine where delays can affect severely in some cases. Authorities should start monitoring this more closely.

Better to cancel the delivery and Whatssap service because they never worked. More than 2 hrs waiting. No response over Whatssap and no track for orders where you have to repeat the order every time you call for a follow up

Too much bad experence , driver spent more than 5 hours for delivey from silicon to liwan, i am calling him he is not answering then when i called pharmacy they told me maybe he is driving thats why he is not answering then i told him 5 hours he is driving , till now i did not get the medicine

Good for nothing and the people are real useless. They say to order medicine via whats app and if you do so , then you will lose your patience waiting for the medicine. No one to take care of the customers and there is no customer focus. Now its almost more than 2 hrs and the medicine is not delivered yet

Bad service . Extremely unprofessional when it comes to service . Been 1.5 hours since I placed the order and still saying 20 mins more . I stay 5 mins away from the place . I ordered coz I couldn’t go out and get it myself . If pharmacy is slower than a food delivery service what’s the whole point of a delivery option . Will they deliver after a person dies ?

If you don’t know exactly what you need and need some help don’t come here!!!They don’t have a clue about anything almost! They are just sellers!

I bought 2 boxes of medicine at this pharmacy to be home delivered in a few days, but received only 1 box. After almost a month waiting for the 2nd box, I contacted them for a cash refund but was offered only a credit voucher to be used in 6 months. Not buying anything here anymore.
