Absolute worst place to work . Lies over lies. Hr and the management treat you like garbage or a tool just to make them money. No empathy over anything. Worst have to tell lies to the customers to sell their own brands. I think most of them are counterfeit products or made in Jebel Ali. If you want to feel depressed and feel horrible about working in UAE this the place for you.

Why do you guys keep the offer for public, when you just want to give it to your our staff. pathetic way of advertising. Last 3 days u kept offer of masks in 1 AED .. every store manager and worker in that stores said out of stock🤔 fact is that they filled their bags n keep😏

Life pharmacy business bay branch took money from me telling me that you are eligible for discount voucher then after he checked in his system the guy told me sorry you are not eligible and we dont have refund access.I didnt take any product from him and any receipt and called customer service manager ( Suzi ) which said we dont refund even if UAE law says we must we follow our policy not the countrys one !The money kept with them along with the product and I will submit a court case against them now.Thank you for the headache and lack of credibility.

1) Dear professionals. In future suppose if u got an interview invitation from this indian .... company,Better dont attend or ignore. If you dont have moh/haad or dha licens. Its not a space for a pharmacist.2) they are following indian culture. So they will treat you as a porter instaed of pharmacist.3) they have 2 levels of interview. Nothing just time and money waste.4 ) if u are hired you will be posted at their ware house in dubai for 1 to 3 months . Without payment.5) if you are in visit visa, again u have to renew it. After that if they want then only they will issue visa for you.6) after 3 months they ll start you paying 3000 aed. In that per month 1750 aed they will hold for visa . Total 3 months7) after that they will change your duty from one shop to another. Randomly. Without any proper reasons. Also bus , taxi, accomodation ,food will be from your own hand .Atlast your salary will be hardly 1500 aed after 3 monthsBetter after completion of course work for there only. And write any of uae ministry exam. And come for uae. Then it will be easy to get job .Or else these peoples will spoil your carrier.Please dont come without uae license 😊Also you can tryThumbay , medex, aster ,etc

The customer service at reception is really bad. The lady’s at the front office are super rude and impolite. The must be have training in customer service or another option. Even from phone and physically they don’t speak English properly and they always don’t have answer for requests.

Dont go for interviews ask to work on visit visa.Illegal work practices happening there.

Life Pharmacy is an unethical, immoral and unprofessional company in the UAE.This is one of a worst companies in the world, this kind of micro management should not exist in the responsible healthcare field. I worked there for short period of time, it caused me irreversible damage to the years of acquired skills and professionalism.This is a company which still follows Industrial revolution. We are living in 2020s social & digital revolution. They treat their workers like slave, worser than any of non-skilled labour. HR procedures are not-transparent, hidden and complicated- all meant to exploit the staffs. They will not even give you the contract copy because every employee will come to know about their rights, rules and regulations of labour law.-This company follows dishonourable hierarchical system, even an uneducated, underqualified person can become a store manager in a short period of time by using the influence.-Partiality is common, people only from managements origin will get deployment promotions. They will keep other peoples as trainees (to give less salary and bar from benefits) for more than a year.-Store Managers job is just to be loyal to the management. They never approach staffs with kindness, courtesy and in a logical manner. Area managers job is just to watch the security camera and make sure you are doing something.-They will not process your visa on time. It will take months to process the visa after getting confirmation from the over powered store managers. You have to work atleast 4-5 months in your own visa.-You have to work in their warehouse (10 hrs/ day) for 1 month even if you are a DHA, MOH, HAAD registered pharmacist. (One good thing women are exempted)-You have to work for a month without salary as intern. (Especially If you are new to UAE and no back home experience)-You will be using out-dated software system which is incapable to take a list of current month expiry.-You have to bear the companies losses (If you break an item accidentally, if you missed an expired item while checking the expiry)-You have to receive fake payment vouchers for losses and they will deduct from your salary-You have to promote their own trade/ manufactured items only. Pharmacists are strictly not allowed to decide what is best for the patients.-They will shift your working place frequently, you have to work all around UAE as they have 250+ stores. (I spent 34 AED everyday day for transportation as they allotted thw store very far from home. Its 34% of my salary!)-No straight duty, hectic and erratic poor schedules from lazy HR team.-Sometimes they hold staffs salary wothout any valid reason, incase any fine imposed by the health ministry because of false statement and manipulation from the unscrupulous managers.-Forced resignation, firing for no reasons is a common malpractice in this company, store managers used to threaten their staffs about termination all the time.-You are stricly not allowed to contact the management at any cost.-This is a temporary company with no sustainablity, stake holders must have a look whats going on with the management level.-One could find the company name is interesting- because Life has multiple meanings. I joined in this company only for the name because my approach towards Life is very sentimental. But there was no human value in the comapny.-This is not a right company for good persons, especially you have a great sense of humour.I will suggest job seekers to never ever join in this company. They will give you worst night mares and destroy your within life.

Beware of buying from them, they have a flat no refund policy, mentioned on their bill with no conditions. they just issue credit note which can be used for future purchases.I purchased one syrup from them 3 weeks ago, at their Wasl hospital branch. Immediately after payment (less than 30 seconds) my family said they have this syrup at home, I just told them to take it back (without even leaving the pharmacy, without even touching the syrup - it was in the bag) and they did not give a refund, just a credit note.Most other pharmacies of their stature, provide a refund promptly,Such conditions of no refund are a question to the customer service and fair business clause which is widely followed locally amongst all premium retailers.I will never buy from them again.

Never ever buy from them online. they will not going to listen your complaint. they treat there customer as money machine only. complaint about product they not ready to listen even.

The most pathetic customer service i uave ever experienced.please do not buy anything from there as they dont have any refund policy or after sales service. They are good in selling and wprst after the transaction is done. The store manager ABHILASH with his dirty teeths is an irritating person with totally an inhumane and unprofessional attitude. Focus is on sales not on customer service
