This is the worst Life pharmacy branch! Dont go there! Staff is unprofessional, arrogant and rude. They do not issue vouchers for prescription medicine like all the other branches and act arrogant and unhelpful when you ask for them. Always had good experience with Life pharmacy so its schocking that this branch is under such a bad management. So many pharmacies in the neighborhood no need to waste your time and money in one with such a horrible customer service.

I am shocked at the bad reviews for this LIFE Pharmacy.Their Staff are very professional & helpful, sometimes they are not over friendly but that is because they are serious about health and helping their customers.They open 24 hours and have a very wide selection of Products.Regarding following you around, that literally happens in any store in the UAE which has any non-busy employees; I think that is a cultural thing and its best to get used to it rather than fight it. I understand you may want to browse alone (I usually do), if you feel uncomfortable just say that you just wish to browse alone/privately and they should respect your wishes.Regardless this store is a very good pharmacy and I recommend it.Basically most Happy Customers do not leave reviews because everything went smoothly (nothing to report in their mind), only disgruntled customers leave reviews because they want to complain (understandable), which is why I personally try and leave reviews whatever the experience. (when I have time).

No vouchers in this pharmacy and the staff its very unprofessional, they keep insisting to sell you unnecessary products. Very annoying store manager keeps asking and following you while you see the products , unpleasant experience

Such a nasty and unprofessional Lebanese women “managing” this Life pharmacy. She made me feel so uncomfortable as she bossed her colleagues around and had no knowledge of the products herself. Never coming here again.

Friday, 9pm, 24/08-as per management you cant photos of the medications, guy dressed black-oh...thats the first time. Usually in other pharmacies thats not a problem, I use it for personal reference. Not even if for a doctor? reply.-especially doctors, reply the same guy with sarcastic smile.After that, I kept looking for some things useful for my patients, while the this sir was pretenting he was arranging condom boxes when in fact we just followed all my movements. Ok, I paid my sons protein supplement, deleted the phothos of cough syrups, homeopatic drugs and left disappointed with a company I was giving as reference.
