Took my furbabies for the much-needed grooming. its very affordable, quiet (except for the dogs on boarding but thats understandable ), has enough parking space, easy to find and the staff are amazing. My babies smell so good after!

Took advantage of the ENTERTAINER for grooming in Nov2020. Very pleasant friendly staffs. Specifically told them not to trim too short as he has double coats. Back in Europe, my Westie was hand stripped only. Since no one has the knowledge of hand stripping in Dubai, I decided to try out trimming. The receptionist assured me that they have done it before with dogs like mine.Left my dog for 3 hours. Running late and close to closing time at pick up. I couldn’t recognise my baby! He was shaved to bare skin, a hole across his nose, sticky hairspray inside both ears and eyes, he was tearing & itching for the entire week after. The product used on him was too strong, heavily scented. The groomer had left. Only the apologetic receptionist heard my displeasure. Damage was done and nothing can be undone. Best to write my experience here. The worst grooming ever! No knowledge on different breeds of dogs. Never again.

It was my puppers first time experience in grooming and I was really anxious about how it would go about. The staff was really understanding and assured me not to worry. He was calm and squeaky clean after. Clean puppy is happy puppy

One of the worst experience everThey very bad to handle the calls and answering your questions properly.I drive from jabl Ali to the location I clearly requested to let dogs use pool for 15 min and I pay full price no problemsThe owner or manager of shop ask my dogs needs some vaccination to use pool I say okAfter vaccine I need to wait 40 minutes to see dogs reaction than they can use playing area (( reception inform us clearly if your dogs will not mixed with other dogs and use only pool no need vaccine )I was very clear about it only pool 15 minThey trying to bring money out of nothing using word dubai municipalityI see also very bad treatment for pets insideNo one clean up the place they will not allowed you to enter to avoid clients see what going on inside

Paw Parking was the best cat boarding solution for my family. One week before we were to travel for my brothers wedding,I turned to go Paw Parking and spoke to Celeste and she showed me the facility which was really smells good and neat in where my cat will be stayed,she gave me peace of mind that my baby would be in good hands. I was checking their instagram and theyre updating everthing and the rest was so amazing! ,and upon checking on their IG theyre also helping to find a home for the recue dog.So I decided to put my baby under their care to stayed there for 2 weeks! When I did the checked out my baby , it looks clean and smells refreshing! Salute to all staffed which were accomated and very friendly. Definetly right back on this and used their grooming services!

Not professional staff. No one can give full and clear information about services. Requirements changes all the time.I just waste my time and didnt get any service for my dog.

They take care of the dogs, kept me updated all day, posted photos of my pooch so I could see him was happy. They have a small pool, and the staff are friendly.

Overall- very good experience. Guys took booking for same day and agreed to keep our dogs few hours prior the booking time. They kept in touch with us thought all the time our dogs were with them.We requested for basic haircut and it was fulfilled . Even, prior the cut, groomer contacted us to confirm few details.Unlike some pet boarding places- Paw Parking smelled pleasant.

Staff here are absolutely wonderful. I was scared about leaving my two girls at daycare as I travel for work and need to leave them a lot, they were happy and well taken care of. Pick up and drop off service is so useful for people in my position. Fantastic second home for my fur babies 🐶 ♥

This is a great place for dogs! Staff answered questions before we had even confirmed booking! Great service from beginning to end!Put my dogs in for boarding and they provided constant updates and posted videos and pictures of the dogs which is reassuring! Staff who we spoke to, knew about the dogs and their names! The grooming services are excellent as well!Dogs seemed to have enjoyed themselves so much that when I picked them up only one dog had noticed me because the other was too busy playing with a ball and the staff! Nice facility and the pens where the dogs play are nice too!Would use again and would thoroughly recommend!

Took my dog to get groomed and they did an excellent job, they even sprayed him with perfume after his bath and gave him a free collar. He was so happy playing with the other pups while waiting for me to pick him up.

Amazing place for dogs. The staff really cares for the pups. They are really professional and helpful. Answered all of my questions properly. The dogs seem to be having a lot of fun here.

The staff is really friendly no doubt but they are NOT experts in grooming service. PERIOD. Used them today for the first time citing the ratings on Groupon and Google and was utterly disappointed. Gave proper instructions to the groomer and he did a half-baked job for the haircut. Nails looked like they were cut in a hurry, I can cut them more properly.if they dont have qualified staff or dont have enough time to give attention to details, they should just stop claiming that they provide grooming services. Utter and complete disappointment!!! Never going back there again!

I’ve been there 2 times. First time it was ok, only few finishing touches had to be revised, but the second time(today) it was terrible. First of all in the end the cat looks like half way groomed and only after another 30 mins it was fine. When we reached home we’ ve notice that the cat has a wound on one of her front legs and some long hair around her butt. This is really not ok and for sure I will not go there any more.

Extremely unhappy with the haircut. My dog went to them with normal eyes, came back with a wound in her eye. Had to rush her to the doctor and it took 2 weeks to cure. Never taking her back to this place. Even their before and after pictures are deceptive, in a pic of my dog, they water sprayed her hair and pulled it over her eyes, making her appearance shabby, which was clearly not the way id brought her.In response to your reply.. please check with your groomer, she knows very well all about this incident. Infact she had even agreed in our WhatsApp communication that the eye wound was probably due to shampoo not being rinsed off properly. This happened around a year ago, i wrote a late review. My dogs name is Kulfi. Youll will have a picture of her in your records. I never write rewiews but this time I had to.
