They said they have done a good job and gave me a warranty for 3 months, but right after 1 week of there doing the pest I saw the cockroach, and since then i have been trying to ask them to come again but no response, they are still trying to fix the issue .. why would you give a warranty for 3 months and not provide the service, plus when they came for the first time the house was empty, they could have done a good job... inspite of me sending message regularly, no response from their end....... Will never recommend to anybody

Totally NOT RECOMMENDED.Did pest control for cockroaches recently and service was poor. The person just sprayed around everywhere and used very less gel. Totally ineffective hence we called them again. Even after 2nd service where we requested only gel, STILL cockroaches are around quite a lot. Total waste of money.

I received excellent service from these guys. We found a rodent at 3:00 AM and tried to find anyone to come help. Everyone we tried to reach out to turned us away, even other 24/7 pest control services. When I called this company, someone picked up immediately and calmly informed me that I would have someone at my door within 30 minutes. They arrived in less than 30 minutes and took care of the problem within 5 minutes. They also happily looked around the house to make sure there werent anymore. I mean, in circumstances like this you really want a company that makes an awful night somewhat more manageable. They did exactly that and more! Highly recommended in case youve found any uninvited guests in your home and youre freaking out while looking for a company.

Was a miscommunication but supervisor is very rude. We have pigeons nesting by our windows and living in and around our balconies, and recently we have been having a bird mite problem. We’ve been getting itchy red bites. We are a family with a newborn and a toddler.The consultation with the technician was very good, I showed him all the bird nesting sites and he understood we couldn’t do the pesticide fogging that same day because we have young babies, it’s hard for us to just pack up and go somewhere for 2-3 hours spontaneously, so we rescheduled the fogging for Saturday.I called the supervisor to reschedule and he seemed in such a hurry to finish the phone call, I wanted to clarify what exactly was being done to our apartment, I wanted the bird nests removed and the droppings cleaned, then a pesticide sprayed and discussed the installation of spikes to prevent birds returning. I asked him for the appointment on Saturday to be at 3PM, which he agreed.I had to correct him because he said ok we will come on Saturday to take care of your flies. I said not flies, mites, bird mites. Then after our call he messaged me saying our appointment is confirmed on Saturday at 11AM, when we already agreed 3PM? Anyways, had to tell him again to make it 3PM.Technicians came on Saturday ready to do the fogging but were not ready to remove the nests which are the source of the mites? Because the supervisor did not believe they were bird mites? How can he diagnose it when he hasn’t been here himself, seen the bites and our situation?When technicians came on Saturday they said after spraying the pesticide and after evacuating the apartment for 2-3 hours, we must wash and clean all the bedding, which was news to us. It’s hard to find time to even take a shower with two babies under two years old, never mind do a deep clean of the apartment after? It’s possible but would take some planning, would have been helpful if the supervisor could have explained all this to me before our appointment on Saturday. So I’m sorry but we had to cancel. Will be using a different company.One very confusing mix-up but all in all the supervisor could have dealt with it better and professionally, should have listened to the customer’s needs, instead of getting angry and arguing with me on the phone and hanging up.

It was the best experience to deal with robin pest for my offices. They are very professionals and best part about them if you call them again they will give you positive response with helpful support in case if there is something missing. I would really suggest people to try them once..

In the beginning ,they assured a warranty and a 2nd free service if the desired results are not met during the first service.But that was a LIE unfortunately.Also their manager or supervisor doesnt even know how to deal with people and simply becomes arrogant!They claim themselves as a certified company ( Nonsense)Thank you for your invaluable service

We had an insect that sime ither company could not help Robin pest control identify it immediately it was mites and they treated it same day they were very attentive informative and experienced. They told ys for 48 hours they might still be few here snd there and it eas correct after 48 hours problem solved. They use special machine that no need to wash anythung only mopping floor and cleaning surfaces. I am very sensitive but in 2 hours or so not much smell in the house.
