Very bad experience. I done pest control for cockroaches and within days I saw cockroaches...I contacted them for my warranty and there is no response.Always used to tell we will revert to you,but never happend.The workers are very adamant and even not ready to put the gel everywhere inside the flat. Unprofessional people please dont call them. Its a wastage of money.

Worst service! Even after doing the pest control the very same day I could spot bed bugs. I wonder what have they actually done?I have been chasing them for over 2 months to redeem the warranty and do the pest control again, but then they just give false promises and never turn up.PATHETIC SERVICEDO NOT CHOOSE THEM.

Very unprofessional employees. All employees including owner are liers. Don’t adhere the appointment at all. Pesticides are not effective at all. They don’t adhere to their warranty of pest control services. There are so many companies available in UAE. Better to try services of others.

The men who came to put the pesticide were so dirty and stinking. They not only left the pesticide but also left a dirty smell back in my house.Very unprofessional and unhygienic. I should have sent them back immediately. Very disappointed. Also they are asking me where to put the gel. Don’t they know it?

Horrible Service! When you call them initially, they are ready to send their technician within 2 hours, and guarantee follow up service within 6 months. Whereas when you call to follow up because whatever they have used was useless and Not effective at all, they dont have available slots, and talk about long procedures that they have to go through for the complaint to get lodged and to send in the technician. They promise to call back within half an hour every time, and nothing happens.Their product was absolutely useless. Pests were still around the house within 2-3 days, and didnt go even after the 14 day time promised. There was no point in getting it done at all. When I called up the customer service to follow up regarding this, the customer service agent told me, that the insects must have hidden in small small places, thats why they didnt die completely. Like duh! Isnt that the whole point of getting a pest control done, so you figure out where they could be, and get it all killed?!?Highly Not Recommended!

Excellent service. I got pest control from 2 other companies for a white insects in the bed but no use. after madras pest control done past 2 months no issues. they put me waiting for 30 minutes but the result was superb.

Professional in all means. I got the pest control for rodents from 2 different companies but no use. both the companies not even attend the complaints. one of my frnd working in the salon gave this company ref.I call them and make a booking. they came to our villa not done any service but gave us report. I got angry first of all but still I done all maintenance they ask. next day some guys came on the same day I called and kept traps. we catch 5 rats. they came on the second day and remove those trap and put new. really it works. in total they came 4 time. last time there was nothing. its being 3 months now we have no rodents.I recommend this company to 2 of my neighbors too, had the same issue they made some kind of contract with them. what I understand is they are also happy with the service.I really command this company

One of the worst company in the UAE. My bill number is 26622. When I called them first time they arrived within an hour and did the pest control and then after 12 days still no effect. Since then I am calling them again and again and they don’t even bother to revisit. Don’t waste your money on these people. They are the worst in the market

The worst service. 2.5 years back they were good now it is horrible. The gurantee is fake as they dont give available slot and force us to go with other providers. Not recommended. I have all valid documents with me.

In my experience, Madras Pest Control Service used to be good few years ago, But it has deteriorated in recent years.I got the pest control done recently from them. Pests were there even after a month. They repeated the treatment, but still the pests are not gone.And the worst part is the arrogance of the staff attending the phone call. I will never go for their service in future. Will advise everyone I know to stay away from them.

Most unprofessional service.

Such a worst service I ever had in UAE. Their staff is pathetic as well as their product which they apply is rubbish as cockroaches are still coming in my house. I really doubt how they are operating with such a bad service. I plan to bring this bad service into the attention of regulator. Never ever avail their services.

Poor service, Poor Customer service. Even after spraying three times the cockroaches and bed bugs are roaming freely and infected all other rooms (initially we had issues only in the kitchen and store room.) I strongly advice everyone not to use this service, its waste of time and energy and lot of emotional stress.

2 weeks back I have done pest control with these guys, they just come and spray some useless medicine like dog pissing on the garden, and pull all items from rack and spoil my furnitures, and made my home a mess, after all this from next day i can see pests running all over, i called this guys, and ask them to do something, they said call after 1 hour, i called again - many questions - he said we are busy , we will see , we try..i said ok.,waited 2 more days - called Thursday again - explain - he said call me Saturday..! i said ok, called Saturday, he asked did i ask you to call Saturday ???? i said yes sir may be you forgot, he said he will try to send his technicians ( dog pissing technique). i wait till evening no call no technique. i wait 2 more day called again - explain from beginning - he said he dont remember anything about me - i felt so lucky.! he said call me tomorrow between 1 to 4 pm, i ask why.? he said complaining time, and transfer to another guy - i explain all - he said we are closed now..! i i have only one question now - NOBODY IS THERE TO SHUT THIS FOR EVER.???????

Dear Friends,Never use this company for any kind of pest control services. Very bad customer care and product is not good. They did pest control in my company on 2nd of Jan 2016 with 6 month guarantee but the treatment was not effective at all. Since past 5 occasions they have promised me date and time but have never come and no one bothers to call up to inform about delay or not coming.So please do not use them ever.Very Angry Client.
