3 visits and we still have mosquitoes and flies. They are always late. And its not 5 or 10 minutes late, its an hour. Their managers and supervisors are nowhere to be found when you call them. We paid AED 1K+ for the service. Expensive for the kind of service and quality they give. I was promised a call back, but no one did.

Very very poor service, this looks like some sort of fake pest control company. They give warranty for 6 months and ask for receipt, when I showed them the receipt they said warranty is for 3 months only and did not bother to answer the call. The person who has given then 5 star rating is the one who did pest control at our home. Beware this this looks fraud.

I used their services, didnt done properly and I called them to do a proper service, just got false commitments, then I complained at consumer protection to make it clear.

AVOID AT ALL COSTSBackground: I inherited fleas from my parents house as they had a dead rodent which was flea infested. These ended up in my own house in Dubai and I thought we could get rid of them pretty quickly as we had no pets.Basic advice for flea removal consists of an insecticide and an IGR (insect growth regulator) which stops the flea life cycle from advancing. Without this, the flea population will never die, as the new eggs will keep on hatching.The first and second visit, this company arrived TWO hours late with no reason or apology. They only sprayed an insecticide.When it was time for a third visit as the flea problem got even worse, I discussed the need for an IGR. They said they would speak to their “engineer” and get back to me. Two days went by, no contact from them. I called them to ask why they hadn’t called me - they gave me no reason. Their solution was a third visit with a different insecticide but no IGR.For the third appointment they didn’t attend - no reason given and no communication either. They promised another date but failed to come too. They also blocked mine and my husbands contact number.This company is only interested in taking your money and failing to agree to their guarantee promise.

They come only once to collect the money and they do something. then later we have problems increased and we called them. they said they will come today, tomorrow like that 5 times agreed and they didnt come. Not recommended.

Terrible after service. Had a very difficult time to call them for a follow up service. They hardly take your call. Never experienced so much delay. Waste of money. 1 star for their 1st time service when they came on time for taking the payment.
