Got their service about a week ago. They were professional over the phone and when they came to my place. Their treatment has worked and I dont see any more cockroaches now. However, time will only tell how effective the treatment is long term. At the moment I am happy with the service provided. and there team i s also professional and very well trained even team also advising what we have to after the pest control services done to avoid the infestation.I would happily suggest to use Golden Falcon Pest Control LLC as their service was beyond words and more than expected ,result was amazing...keep it up

At least they are not on time. I left my office to reach for pest control that was scheduled at 5pm, now is 5 45pm. They have not arrived yet. I had to go back to office now i got delayed. There was no call to inform me that they cant make it on time. Guess what! I called them at 4 30pm and i was told they will be on time and i will be called in 15 min that they are reaching. I called up their manager who said they will be reaching in 15 min (in a totally unprofessional manner). I am forced to take their services as my building management has tie up with them, otherwise will never. Will see how their pesticide is and update this section!

We had good experience with Golden pest control company. Staff were courteous, efficient and they quickly completed the work. Haven’t faced any problems after that. It’s been a month since we got it done.

DO NOT TAKE THEIR SERVICES. SUPER BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUALITY.3rd visit and we still have issues with flies and mosquitoes. And in that 3 visits, they are always late.. not 5 minutes, or 10minutes, but an hour. 1 HOUR!!So finally I called yesterday to complain, and the supervisor is not available. They said they will call back, but nothing and no one called back.Today, I called again and was transferred to their manager, Mohammad. The guys solution is that they will speak to their supervisor to find out why they are late. So I asked, what next then? and then he said you tell me.. No accountability, no apologies, nothing. Just a guy who has no care in the world but to receive his salary despite the clients complaining that the service wasnt great (not even close to okay). Then he said we have 50,000 clients, we have a lot of clients and we are in this business for 20 years now. Those google reviews are just google reviews, it can be good and it can be bad. Clearly, he doesnt care.Looking at the google reviews, majority of these comments are from real customers who werent happy. Those who are giving 5 stars are most likely their employees just giving a high rate so their score in google review doesnt go bad or super low. But we all know the truth.

If there is any option I would give 0 or - for their operation , the stuff is disorganized, and uncoordinated, they don’t have sense of timing and scheduling, ,, and I made appointment by 11:30 , on the same day early morning confirmed again,11:40 I contacted again and told no one showed up, 11:47 they told me their team will arrive in 15-20 minutes… I had another appointment by 12:15, so I remade appointment by 2:00 pm , it was confirmed by 2:00 pm , still they don’t show up even after 2:30… after coming did the job carefully anyway!

There was an incident occurred at my home yesterday which was an unforgettable story in my life. The pest control works had been completed tremendously at home. I was on tight scheduled of my day to day Jobs at office but I supposed to complete some works which were essential and important. I just gave a call to the Falcon. The way they took over responsibilities are tremendous and marvelous. The work had been completed with well trained technicians according to the given instructions. I was at my office but the total tasks had been completed by the Falcon workers marvelously.Services :Mosquito, Bed bug, cockroach, Termite and Rodent control

We used them for our villa for cockroaches. First they came and just put gel for AED 750. Then the cockroaches didnt go and we kept calling them to come again. Most of the time they wouldnt answer our calls. When we called from another number, they finally answered. They came a second time and also the cockroaches are still here. I wouldnt recommend this company.

You should avoid using this company at all cost. First, they charge based on where you live. Meaning: If you live in an expensive area then the quote is more because they assume you can afford it. The quality is no different but they will try to convince you that it is. Second, when you call because the first treatment didnt solve the issue; they ask for a copy of the invoice to verify. They should have the invoice; this is them trying to get out of doing another treatment without charging.This is the typical Dubai company!

Very unprofessional.. really bad service..... dont go for their service.. its worst in dubai......every time they delay by more than 3 hours from the scheduled time.. with no updates from them, we had to call them again and again but never got any updates.. it was really painful as we had to go out for 4 hours after the service.. we had to wait hours after geting ready, just because there was no updates from them.

Worst company that you can ever come across. Rude filipino staff on call who is sitting like a duck and apart from quack quack, she does not do anything. They came to do service on 19th Sep which was the worst service as not a single cockroaches died infact they increased over the past 3 weeks and then for the follow inspection they just keep delaying because they have received the money. Paid 210 for the service which was over priced however I paid as they are certified from Dubai Municipality.

Have lived in this country for 14 years now. I have done pest control twice every year. I have not seen a more pathetic pest control company than this in my life. Pathetic is also an understatement. They are atrocious horrible to say the least. Even after 3 repeated services after umpteen follow up and cancellations due to weird rreasons not a single positive outcome. Guess home sprayed baygon or Dettol does a much better job.. please dont waste your money

Not benefited with their medicine, cockroach not reduced even 2nd time they given medicine.

The treatment was not effective and since I lost my invoice and only know the date of treatment they still have not been able to retrieve the invoice copy and since guarantee is pending.

Had pest control down less than a month ago, very punctual and friendly at the time. When I realised it wasnt working I rescheduled another appointment under warranty and now to try and get them to come and do the work, they keep pushing the time and doing paid jobs over finishing mine. Wont be using them again.

So they came for pest control of cockroaches 1 month back & sprayed my 2 Bedroom aprtm , and then told me if there are cockroaches after 2 weeks still they would come back upto 6 months and spray for FREE again.1 month later which is today when I called them , they said no it’s chargeable for second time.(Even though it’s within their warranty of 6 months)Go with other pest control agents , these guys spray some mediocre spray , it’s not effective and you would have to call them again and THEY WILL CHARGE YOU , Even though in the beginning they say it’s FREE for upto 6 months, biggest SCAMMERS in pest control !I’ve reported them to The Authority and waiting for a response from the customer protection department.

This company provides good service. Sometimes we have to understand their sides also that they are not on time because of some works. Guys, this is pest control, it needs times to finish to result good works. As for me guys, they did the pest control and on the other hand, we are maintaining the cleanliness in our house so that cockroaches and any insects will not come back and it works. we have to understand that this is PEST CONTROL, those that means that all insects will not finish, but its only PEST CONTROL... so i guess pest control and maintaining CLEANLINESS in our home will be effective to prevent these problems.

The worst ever pest controllers. Never go with them. They did pest control in my apartment 1 month back (which they came 2 hrs late than the booking time) and the job was not done successfully. So I called them again and after all on the booked date, they didnt turn up and say that they cannot come on that date. The ladies in the customer care are the worst customer handlers and are totally irresponsible. They all including their supervisors talk like that its my mistake that i have booked the appointment in the particular date. Never go with them. Niether their work nor their customer service is good

Worst experience. I made a big mistake by paying Golden Falcon Pest control. Their service sucks as well as they are useless. My money is literally wasted. I had less cockroaches in my house previously (we could actually count them) so thought of getting pest control done but unfortunately chose Golden Falcon Pest control. After the pest control my house has more cockroaches, no kidding.. its really a mess now. Called them for follow ups and they dont respond professionally. Their follow-up treatment is also useless. Disaster paying them. Will ask some other pest control service company to help. Would accept suggestions

And the Supervisor was extremely rude on the phone as he was literally shouting saying he has other big things to do which is more important than this. One of the worst guy mr. Salman teaching me the rules and regulation. Over the phone one lady told that it is free followup within 1 week but after 2 days when i asked that we are facing issues he told what is written in the invoice. If u call them ask them to write the same on the invoice.

We had called up Golden Falcon Pest Control Service yesterday at 1 30 PM. Unfortunately after repeated follow ups, the crew turned up at 4 1 PM. They sprayed on every corner in the room. However, results will have to be analyzed. Hoping for the best.

Worst Pest Control Ever IN Dubai!!! Booked them for a 9:30 am slot and received a confirmation by SMS for the same so we pack all our stuff the previous night and slept late. Guess what these morons did? We called them at 09:35 asking where is Their team? They said they will arrive in 10 minutes, had to call them number of times after that and we waited till 10:00 then we left as we have other appointment to catch. Finally the technician called at 11:00, so I told him to come we are waiting in our apartment. He finally arrived at 11:15 thats when i told him you sucker! you think we will wait for you??!! You think your customers have nothing else to do except wait for you???! You wasted our time, Ill let you waste your time also coming to our apartment with nobody home! We have booking at 09:30 and you show up at 11:15??? What a service!!! Dont even bother speaking to anyone at Falcon Pest control, from the Manager-Mohammed up to Customer service lady named Nima, all are useless!!! Dont waste your time and money!! Fancy website but service sucks!! Anyway Im so happy I made them come to my house without me😁 NEVER EVER USE THEM or you will be sorry!

They come promptly on the first time they are receiving payment.However when bed bugs were seen after initial spray and as per their terms and conditions they are supposed to repeat a complimentary spray if pests are still found, they just dont come in spite of repeated calling.only excuses that phone was not picked up etc. Bad post spray service. If they dont want to give a complimentary service if first spray was not fully effective , just say so. Why promise and not come , and waste our energy and time?
