I have purchased a Groupon voucher for their services and used it 2 months ago.. they did not do a good job and I had more live roaches than dead one.. I scheduled a follow up service with their team (A guy called Gilbert) today at 11 am.. he did not show up and when I called his mobile number another guy answered and said Gilbert is off and will come in afternoon.. I explained the issue to him and he doesnt speak good English.. he hang up on me.. and now no one is picking up.. I called the supervisor and his phone is off. I called their toll free and its not working. Ad office land line not working and Dubai number none of the extensions are picking up.. no one cares to pick up the phone in this company.. they are just unreliable and irresponsible and careless.. horrible customer service.. DO NOT USE THEM..

Very lazy staff, dont adhere to the appointment, make people hang on till night 1am and receptionist dont pick up the phone, they divert your call on extension, if you record the message no follow back...never rely on this people. very very poor service.
