This is not a service review, but a customer care review. I enquired them for pest control in my home, and i sent them location. But my instinct made me check Google for a review and was unsatisfactory. So, i asked them to hold back until i confirm, but the guy wants confirmation soon as he said they are on a tight schedule. And when messaged to cancel, he called me without reading the message and started being rude. I guess the reviews on Google were all right.

Quick n neat service

I am a 4 year customer and everytime we have to re do the injection either after every 2 or 3 months and i dont mind as it was free , but now they are telling that their guarantee is only 1 month so when i called them up this guy was really rude to us as i was in the speaker phone requesting for another injection. This Albert was so rude that he even told me to call after 1 month as the receptionist which i was talking to was on vacation. I complain with Manoj the owner and i did not get any response at all. I have to put a stop on this and look for another company which is much better at handling their customer.

They had come over to remove bed bugs and not only have they failed to completely get rid of them but they also managed to trash the springs of my NEW MATTRESS. When they were called to come over and look and look at the damage caused they kept arguing we cant do anything we are not responsiblefor your own benefit please search for some other companies
