I came here to join the at the park fitness community to do some exercises and I must say it was amazing seeing healthy people doing some exercises especially the calisthenics and boxing.Its a great place to exercise and enjoy the beach view 💖

Free open gym for those who wants to exercise using their body weight. I am really impressed by the variety of tools here: punching bags (at least 4 to 5 of them), TRX bands, bars for gymnastic exercises, tires, track for speed training. Plus it is located in a wide open area giving it a spacious feel to the place.

Great concept for the health buffs... i felt good after doing some drills there. Lifting really big tires and finishing the monkey bars was really fun.

Free public park around marina area. There is a work out space with out door equipments. Not busy place at all.Pet friendly area. This place also is the best photography shooting spot as you can see clearly Dubai Marina towers plus boats / yachts crossing down the building. Best timing here is from 4 pm onwards.

Nice place to train out door but some people dont respect the shot running lane ? They used it for cardio exercises, when there is other spots to exercise when other people is doing there drill,warm up etc please lets respect each other

One of the best spots in the Marina . Free outdoor space. Lots of like minded people enjoying a good sweat or casual stroll with their pets ! Check it out ! Oh..theres a trampoline too.

The gym is accessible with an amazing space with equipment for body conditioning and fitness and strength development.The strategic location in front of skydive and with the ocean view makes it a good place for fitness models professional videos production.How ever, the is no washroom in the gym. But you may go to the nearby buildings in ZERO GRAVITY just in case you need to ease yourself sometimes.The team work at the gym is amazing with personal coaches and trainers always available for a start up contract.The best hours to workout are in the afternoon after sun set. 💪🎧✌❤. It is good, but evening time some lights are not working

Perfect place for outdoors workout. Has all equipment, sprinting track, pullup bars and lots of free space for your trainings - and its absolutely free. A stunning view included. Also as its in a bit secluded place its never overcrowded. Highly recommended, a new way to enjoy Dubai.

The park is a great place to train, different level cross training. Besides the spectacular views of skyscrapers and the beach. This park have whatever you need for crossfit training like bars dips monkey bars rope climbing. Truck wheels, box jumps etc. And for boxing training there are some boxing bags as well.You can always find group of athletes training there where you can join for free

An awesome way and place to exercise when you feel like you want to be somewhere inspiring, outdoors and right by the sea.. instead of cooped up in a gym.The park has s full calisthenics set up with many pull up bars, chest dips, a chest bench with bars, kettle bells, large tyres etc.Highly recommended for those that appreciate the many benefits of calisthenics!

Interesting workout area for the general public with equipment. About 20 minutes walk from DAMAC station. However, there is a lot of construction in the area. Biking to and from the area is not safe, especially once the sun has set. There is no street light.

Its very good place for exercise. I always go there 4 days in a week. Inreduced 15 kg in 40 days.

I love this place. It is an open gym next to Dubai Skyjump. It is loaded with lot of free style equipments including a 100-200 m track to run and boxing bag. Also, there is a trampoline to jump. You also get a good view of marina dubai skyline.

The best place to workout outside. You can do crazy workout there. There is even big construction vehicle Tire to play with. You can climb ropes. The only bad thing are dips: its too wide :/

Crowded and filthy

Its OK. Just gets a bit too humid. You need to bring your own refreshments. Its basically just a free outdoor gym.

I got almost every friday, i thank the city for a great public park... but wow its hot outside during summerthey could possibly add a soccer/football next to it

Great place to make sports and workout, it free and you can be there anytime, there is parking available and many items available to support you when you are doing your workout, not too much rush people and this is very good advantage to make your sports free

Great calisthenics park, always filled with motivated people. Only issue is at night it’s very dark with no lights

Very convenient sports ground with with a bunch of sports equipment, sunshades, kids playground, sprint running path and amazing view.

Its a nice workout ground for those who Want to learn calisthenics and most people there try their absolute best to help the beginners......Its a friendly place!!!!....
