Great place to relax after a hot day in Dubai Business Bay area.

Nice family park. Clean and safe. Lots of shops around and inside the mall itself. A nice relaxing area to spend the evening . Plenty of parking with 2 free hours. Its a great little green space in the middle of the impressive surrounding towers.

As I am living here, bay avenue park is the best place for activities. Especially at evenings for families, childrens and people who are into workouts too. There is a huge garden area where people can chill and relax, a long track for joggers and a small gym area.

Beautifully constructed area with lots of indoor and outdoor restaurants and cafes. Plus they have a running track and ample amount of parking spaces

Cosy, calming, nice people, different types of restaurants & many amenities, parking & park ... View to zaha hadid wonder .. what else ? Amazing 💙

We attended emirates bike festival in Bay Avenue, it was a nice set up for a bike event. Good place to arrange events when the weather is nice

I have been at Bay Avenue twice all for a massage. The place is pretty nice. It has a Starbucks and an exchange place for money. Its a nice place to relax and do some work too.

A slice of green in Downtown Dubai, with a small skate park for older kids and two nice playgrounds for younger ones. Currently not too crowded.

Nice green area next to Executive Towers. However the area is not sufficient for the large number of residents and kids living there.

Maybe this is the best place in the business bay .Very nice place to set and enjoy your coffee , parkings are available (free for 2 hours) , good view of Burj khalifa , many restaurants and cafes to choose, kids playing area , restrooms and banks.very good for families.Also there is a very nice residential towrs with organised parking and supermarkets and everything you need .

Its really peaceful place

Bay Avenue is a nice place to visit, you get parking space to park your car, the green parking staff are fantastic and very good, the restaurants there use quality foodstuffs for their food,

There are great selection of shops. Its not the biggest or best but they do have a food court and great dinning restaurants. The atmosphere is great and not to far from Dubai mall in walking distance when its not summer.

Its a community made of 12 huge buildings with parks n both sides free car parking n a huge Mall housing restaurants, supermarkets, tailoring, beauty salons and all kinds of fast food joints. Mostly buildings are residencial wd mostly 50 Floors with double 2,3 bedrooms also a 5 star hotel from Taj group and one commercial building housing different trading n services company in all an ecxillent place to live.

I work at Bayswater. And BaysAvenue is a eating and break hangout place. Close to work, with almost all kinds of cuisines available from fast food to cafes to Indian, Arabic and Multicultural Cuisines to Ice Creams, Shakes and Smoothies. One place for everything. Also a beautiful get away as break fro work because of its scenic setting and green surroundings. The neighborhood is peaceful and environment-friendly.

Love to chill at this place. Especially during weekends during organic market.
