It is a small park for the local community who lives nearby. There is a water tank in the middle of the park which is one of the remaining oldest tank still in dubai . It is good for the children as there is a play ground for them and there are few tables where you can eat and enjoy the greenery of the place . It is pretty close to city walk
A very pleasant surprise, and the food at HAPI was memorable.
I have visited this park on 2 occasions, mainly to grab a bite at the restaurant inside. To be fair, the park always looks clean, parking is available and would be an amazing hangout spot once the weather is nicer (October - April).
Very close to the main Street which is kinda annoying but the kids enjoyed the games there and its not very busy
Charming casual restaurant Hapi was a find! Wonderful and trendy food in a soothing and unpretentious park setting.
A beautiful place to be. Nice view and fun events.
Not too crowded like other park. Its good for the kids to play around.
Very good and spacious beautiful park. Good for spending evening with kids and tea time with family!
Visited 9:30 am on a Saturday morning. Sat under the big Ghaf Tree for breakfast. Very peaceful spot. Parked in City Walk for free.Nice to see the Solar PV powering the whole park. Also innovative walls with stones and wire mesh. Shame about the coral stone. It should be illegal to use new coral stone from the sea. Hope that it is reused coral stone from old buildings in Dubai.Definitely needs at least another ten or twenty Ghaf or Sidr Trees to provide shade in the summer. The play area is in good condition and suitable for smaller kids under ten. Not much for bigger kids though.Very little shade over the play area. Be really good to install the much larger shade tent structures to protect little ones from the sun similar to those installed at other Municipality Parks in Dubai.Need to shift to underground irrigation as the sprinklers and drip irrigation have started to cause damage to concrete, trees, and the walls.Subsurface irrigation should be mandatory in such a hot country to save upto 80% water that evaporates from drip and sprinkler irrigation.Really nice library setup in one building. A little bit too high brow and narrow focus in books.Suggest a broader mix of books such as science, UAE history, geography, childrens books, solar, nature, story of the Khazzan Park, Satwa District surrounding the Park, etc.Construction is still ongoing in certain parts of the park so need to keep an eye on your kids. Also the park gates dont have kid safe latches and are left open, so kids are liable to run on to the busy roads around the park. Safety could be improved.Overall nicely renovated park worth a visit. Peaceful spot.
Nice.. Small place.. But very cute. It was not crowded when i went. Its not a large area
Very nice and Clean, perfect location, Not crowded at all.
Small Park in al satwa opposite to City walk by meeras. Great view at night to Burj khalifa and downtown Dubai skyline. Cross the road there is city walk with shops and restaurants. The park its small but nice and clean.
The park is compact but nice, always people at night and sometimes difficult to find parking
Small cozy park with a unique but pricey cafe..
My childhood park. Now my kids are playing there. Its looks so awesome and beautiful now .
Tiny gem in the heart of buzzing city... Not much to do, however, amenities, kids playing area are nice
Beautiful Park in the middle of shopping & residential area. Attended a workshop in the open air building. Lovely location for creating!
Its a good place to stay on your weekend with the kids they have play ground and picnic area...
Best place to hangout and play with kids. Lovely peacefull place to sit, walk and exercises.
Small area, prime location, pleasant for family with small kids. Most of the electronics rides are closed due to covid now. But the play area is open.A small cafeteria available for food and drinks. We had good fun with family and friends.
Neat...pretty and well maintained for a public park
Very nice place
Khazan park which is located near city walk I like the view but it has less greenery and I couldnt find bbq area so yeah..
Nice & Small park Its for area residents and families only
Its very nice be said tha city walk
Nice relaxing place in city center
Maybe not a new park, but to me it did feel like new and still under some renovations. There is a very nice and ample playground area, extremely clean too - I saw with my own eyes how the staff were cleaning the swings and the slides with sanitiser. You do not see this level of cleanliness in Europe! It is one of the few municipality parks in Dubai which is free of charge. There is one single cafe/restaurant located inside the park which makes it convenient for a quick bite (not a cheap though). Toilets were ok clean but I have seen cleaner in Dubai (toilet paper is missing). Location is just across City Walk (one of most European looking like places in UAE). There is a small parking area for those arriving by car.
Nice place for kids!
Small patch of joy with awesome views
Very Peaceful Place. Good Family Atmosphere
It is best place inBut now Dubai public Park 🏞️
Very nice park, right in the middle of the city. Kids loved it!
Small family park with play area for toddlers and teenagers separately. Restaurant and free parking available. Nice place to relax. Not too crowded.
Central Park of Dubai. I could just sit here. Excellent
Peaceful Good park
It is very small but once I sit u will feel like wow the view of buildings around is awesome
Small but clean. Loulia and Yoser Habboub loved it
Its a small park but well maintained. Has few rides too
This is one of the most peaceful park in dubai, it is open to all though a little small compared to the bid ones in dubai, it provides with all the timely entertainment and relaxation required by family with children at a time. They have two play areas , one for kids 6+ and the other one for toddlers and younger kids. a small surround footpath for walking and refreshing for parents who can also keep an eye on kids playing. The gates of the park are guarded by watchman all the time. There are two entrances to the park, the restrooms are hyginically maintained safe for kids. The greennery maintained there is just a blessing for eyes and fresh air. Family gathering with proper distancing can be done.Recently, Many Kiosks for kids toys , on spot games and electronic toys also have been brought up in the park for more amusement, which can keep your children with thrilling experiences busy for a while.A small restuarant can be useful for quick drink and snacks during the fun time.hope you enjoy your time in the park !!THIS PLACE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR BARBEQUES!!
Small park, but well maintained. There are few stall now due to christmas
Nice and cool park
Its a very nice placeI love it

Nice and beautiful, cleaned 👌 Park.
Best for families and kids
A nice park and not too crowded during the weekend
Very Neat and clean.we go every Friday and enjoy
This is a nice quite neighborhood park. The main attraction in the park is the water tower that has been there for years. The park is nice and green and has a party hall and toilets. There is a childrens playground as well and lots of place to sit and relax. Entrance to the park is free of cost.
Its free entrance and really great if you want your toddlers to enjoy. There are barriers, so you wont be worrying for kids walking and running as they like.
Nice view
Simple park. No frills.
Lovely small park for kids.
Small community park n not crowded
Our favourite park in the heart of Dubai. Right across from City Walk, enjoy the green of Khazzan park.Khazzan park is a relatively small park. However, it’s convenient location makes it a perfect get-way while passing by. While cherishing the sun, enjoy a coffee, dessert or a fantastic salad in the healthy restaurant “Inn the Park”, perfectly located under a big old tree. Hard to miss is a very large blue structure – an old water cooling tower.Check out our profile for more reviews!
Its very good
Really good place
My favorite park
Something is better than nothing. As, Dubai is just like a desert, hence Ruler of Dubai imports grass too. So, this is a man made small park where one can sit in calm atmosphere. Enterance ia free to all small parks hence, here also there isnt any enterance fee. Strict rules are followed to keep this park clean. As, it is located on the back side of the Sheikh Zayed road, hence gives nice view of tall buildings.
Place for same cool pics
Good place to walk and view of Burjkhhalifa and city walk
Not too crowded and the two play areas are accoding to ages. One is for toddlers and the other is for bigger kids. Plenty of area for jogging and walking as well. Parking is also not a problem. Would recommend.

Superb place for kids
Very beautiful park
Nice park
Good
Great place to relax after walking in the City Walk. The place is a hidden gem with loads of trees.
Kids love it! And parents do! Very nice for birthday celebrations too, just make sure to book a date and an area ahead.
Cool park close to heart of Dubai. I miss the coffee shop though
Greatest park
Good place
Its such a nice place to hang out with your family ❤️ 😊
What a wonderful green space just opposite to the very modern City Walk. The Khazzan Park is decorated with a huge old fashion water tank used back in the day by Dubai municipality to store water for the neighborhood. I find it extremely beautiful to have this juxtaposition of the modern city and its old traits. I hope this place will always stay here as we hope to find more green parks in the magical Dubai.
Cool!!
Small but empty. Water tank gibe you whole day shadow 😀 Best for families with kids.
A very nice small park with ample play area for little ones
Fully sustainable park. Amazing cafe as well
