This branch in karma. Very good food. Family sitting area available neat and clean. I mostly eat haleem and chicken tikka Kare and chicken kebab rice sometime I eat chicken tikka barbeque and butter naan but it is not equal to Rohini naan 🫓SuggestionPlease you change your please its clean but it is look like dirty. Today i went in karchi darbar karama its my 2nd visit in this hotelAmezing staff service spl mr aamir he suggest me to try chikan achari and rumali roti its a verry dilecious food i like the way of talkin its a good palce nd i m visitin agian nd again in this restaurent good ambiance every thing was good i ll give above 5 star rating

Pakistani dishes. Haleem is my favorite dish in Karachi Darbar. Not so spicy. I like their kadak Tandoori Roti. Prices are comparatively cheap.

The food is fine, The service is decent, And the prices are okay, But the place needs a bit of renovation, especially the AC and washroom. Like many restaurants, The food usually takes time if you order anything special, in case they have any left, so I usually order omw there.

Such a waste service I have ever experienced. They treated me and my friends like a beggar. They didnt allow us to sit inside the restaurant, also they provide two kind of foods inside and outside of the restaurant. Outside of the restaurant they provide second quality food, their supplier said the truth. We decided, never ever gone again.

This restaurant is a terrible. I waited for 2 hours+ on grab for my food to turn up and they were uncontactable. They even marked my food as delivered and charged me for it. They dont use grab drivers, they use their own. Grab couldnt contact them either. The food finally did arrive, around twenty minutes after the grab order was marked as completed so I initially thought it wasnt coming and was going to order something else. Remember, this was 2h 20minutes of waiting. I was happy it arrived, but unfortunately the food gave my entire family food poisoning. pls give it a miss.

An amazing place to have authentic Pakistani food at reasonable prices. Still the thought of savoring their Mutton Haleem dish that i had had a good 3 years ago, makes my mouth water.

I was very unhappy when I take dinner there.meal just ok staff behaviour totally irritated I so many times calls for my next order but they ignored me. I am a traveller and I visited so many restaurants but in this restaurant very horrible experience.i am also from Pakistan and this restaurant belongs from name of karachi city but its very hard to explain because I feel shame.Any way people go there for cheap food but menu not cheap.i give 3 stars because only for this name is Karachi darbar restaurant. :( :(

Karachi Darbar are the best restaurant in U.A.E. It serves good quality and tasty food.The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly.The management team is well trains and understand the need of a customer.

Heard a lot of good about this Pakistani restaurant. Wanted to try their breakfast for which we had stayed in Dubai. Unfortunately we reached late there like by 12 and all of their breakfast was finished by that time. So we were left with the option of lunch items. We ordered daleem and a Punjabi samosa from them. They had a sitting place but we preferred for take away. Daleem was good in taste and so was samosa. Would love to try their desi nashta for which we have heard a lot. One thing to mention that their naan (bread) are a must have. So tender, soft and yummy. They were a definite try.

NOT Good, If you are planning to go with family, please dont.Even if they have a Separate family section, a creepy customer was sitting alone kept on staring us there. When we complained to the owners about him, they said they can not do anything about it & clarified that there is no such rule for family section. A single customer can sit where ever he wishes to irrespective of he is alone or not.

I had a very disappointing experience today from the manager of this restaurant branch which is running in Karama. I found one hair strand inside the chicken kabab when I cut in to pieces. I informed this to manager and he responded in a very rude manner. He was arguing us back it must be your hair which had fallen to the food which is impossible. They should learn hospitality which is inevitable in the hotelier field. I won’t recommend any one this restaurant which serves very dirty food. The restaurant itself has an unpleasant smell always and the place is very untidy every where. Please don’t spoil your health by having the food from here.

Dear management please consider to your staff . They are going to break your business. Bcoz they don’t know how to talk with the guest making arguments talking on rudely manners & forcefully sending guests to outside even your restaurant are empty there’s one gentleman who standing inside the cashier counter he is behaving to rudely & doing arguments with the guests being hoteliers we should not be like even me to belong from hospitality’s. The way of behaving with guests need improvement. Who’s representing the business they should have strong knowledgeable to handling the complaint and guest satisfaction.

Budget restaurant with good food. Friendly staff

Was lazy to cook and need to quench my inner Carnivores cravings so a quick search led me to KD. Order the mix grill. Meat was very tender and in good quantity. Taste was ok. Nothing praise worthy. The pricing was cheap considering the quantity. Could visit once in a while if you find other options boring. They could do with a little more hygiene in the wash area.

Best Karachi Darbar branch in my opinion, been to many branches in the UAE but this one always stands out for some reason I cant out my finger on why....The outdoor seating is great especially in winter and great place to talk and eat with friends and family.

Famous brand , but the food quality was not upto the mark. The restaurant and the the staff were apathetic . Their restroom was in a very bad shape, one visiting the restroom could not eat or drink anything later . Please improve on general cleanliness .

I tried Peshawar mutton it was awesome with Tandoori roti.But remember when they serve food dont touch the vessel its too hot.

The resturant has got some excellent paratha, tea and omlete but the resturant smells like toilet. This smell is a patent smell of this resturant that I have been smelling from many years now. It comes from the toilet that is on the right hand side of the restaurant after entering that leads you to the family dining area.

Dear sir,I am taking everyday parcel from Karachi darbar karama...today I am surprised after looking of behavior of your cashier and waiter....Really very bad behavior from your cashier and waiter.15th April 2020 ,6.30pm I went there and ask for 1 cup parcel tea.. he told very arrogantly : sme khade raho...I really feel very bad..After that he bring 1parcel tea.but due to rain in Dubai today,I told him can u please give me tea so cup cap.. he told caps finished..I asked to cashier can I wait outside here and take a tea.. he also arrogantly replied wait there ,u can take a tea by sleeping by sitting by running etc like this...then I am taking a tea out side one person came and he ordered some food and tea... When he got his parcel I saw in his parcel,his cup is covered with a cap.After saw this I asked to waiter why u give him cup cover when I asked u told all finished then how this is available... He told I bring from kitchen...Really bad service in my Dubai life..I request to Karachi darbar team to take strict action Against this.Your cashier and waiter speaking arrogantly which is not good.I hope you will do needful.Thanks and regardsSheikh Aref

The Rumali roti was not warm, mutton was a bit hard, chicken fried rice had lots of un mixed salt, though this is not my first visit but experienced a lots of downward trend n quality

Me and my friend went there to have dinner. We ordered mutton kadai for 22dhs for both of us. The quantity was very less. We asked for some extra gravy and got an answer that we dont provide free food here, you have to buy another dish. Very rude behavior of the staffs will piss you off.

Chain of Pakistani restaurant in Dubai. Where ever you go, there is a Karachi Darbar closer to you. From kheema paratha in breakfast to chicken kadai in lunch and chicken tikka in dinner, everything is flavorful and delicious. My all time favourite is Namkeen roast. Nobody serves it better than Karachi Darbar.

Terrible food. Got sick after. The naans were just bread, not actual naan. Complimentary food like yogurt and salad were served without asking, but we were charged for them. :/ Cheap prices but also cheap quality.

I ordered chicken soup very specific that I dont want corn soup the waiter did not give me any other soup option or the menu but brought corn soup I said I did not ask for chkn corn soup I said I asked for chicken soup any other chicken soup that you have without corn his reply was surprising he says if u order Chinese chkn soup u get chicken corn soup no other soup. When I went to the payment counter and asked him if they have any option in chkn soup he showed me the menu with 4 chicken soup options and when I asked him why the waiter said if you order chicken soup you get only chicken corn soup he says sir if u order chicken soup you will get chicken corn soupI did not understand what he meant by that I did not speak in a foreign language I just said I need chicken soup and I dont want chicken corn soup. Very bad service. Did not expect this as I enjoy eating at KD but this one totally disappointed me the waiter serving table 11 as well as the cashier.Pathetic service rude behaviour.
