I get a lot of pain in my lower back area and it turns out that my seating position and posture is totally wrong. Now that Im working with Dr. Youssef on fixing them, the pain, that used to be 8/10, is now 1/10, and I feel a lot better. I highly recommend him because he knows exactly what hes doing, and is very transparent during his sessions. He also gave me exercises to do at home, and they gave me instant relief. To me that is so important when visiting a clinic.

The Healthcare City branch is a lovely clinic; the admin team is helpful, friendly and efficient with scheduling.I have been treated by Youssef Youssef for the past year post ACL op, and he has helped me tremendously with my return to competitive sports. Youssef is a Canadian Osteopath who studied Human Mechanics and is a Kinesiology specialist. I respond particularly well to osteopathic treatment, to the principle that the body is an integrated whole, that no part of the body works in isolation. Youssef always takes into consideration my past medical history and sports injuries, assesses current symptoms by examining muscles and joints and observing movements. He treats the person rather than specific conditions, employing a range of gentle manual techniques.Youssef is a competitive athlete and his sports background provides a good insight and understanding of the athlete. He is extremely professional and has a lovely gentle manner. He genuinely cares about his patients that extend beyond the treatment room. He is dedicated, hardworking and constantly follows up on progress. When putting programmes together, he recognises the importance of optimal short and long term outcomes, incorporating the different sports I play into the rehab programme, and my healing progression.I know I’m in very capable hands and I can’t recommend Youssef enough.

I want say - thank you very much for doctor Jorge Esteves! I had strong pain in my low back. I cant walk at all. And before I went to other clinik in jumeirah. I paid 1200 dhs for nothing. And got upset. But thanks God I found doctor Esteves. Already after one session I felt me much more better. Thanks a lot!

I have been seeing a physio and an osteo at this clinic for my chronic back pain issue and find them both to be highly professional, friendly and full of knowledge. Will definitely recommend this place to friends.

You get a back crackle and neck only for 450 Dhs. there are so many things that therapist can do but it seams you wont get them in one session. you have to visit again and pay more. customer can feel their insinuation.
