I wish I can give them half star too, I cannot believe this happening in Dubai .. like no good customer care at all, put me on hold for 10 minutes and running away from answers my concerns and questions ? Oh wow I thought there is حماية مستهلك. There prices are diff from the building Im in to any other shisha place they have and I was concerned why, but after speaking with the guy on the phone I believe they should have more eye on them employees and the mini markets they have all over Dubai . Not happy at all so disappointed 💔
