Why did I receive a burger steak instead of a burger? And I also got 2 extras for the rice. I only ordered 1. This is ridiculous. Jollibee is always a fail when it comes to deliveries. No one even called me to ask what I want to replace it for if the burger was unavailable.

I just had a scary experience with the talabat driver.He kicked my gate to open the door. Is this how your treat someone’s property.I confronted him and he said what’s wrong in that. He was so rude and obnoxious. I felt he was going to attack me. Answering back and said proudly I’ll cancel the order. I have never met an evil person like him.Absolutely horrible.

Very disrespectful drivers , Talabar has the worst service i have seen, no customer service to even help me with mu complaint, i have received two orders that i placed by sequence, i did not take a photo of my first order and decided to let go of the incident but both orders were spilled

If you are looking for talabat to take orders for you, then be prepared NOT to sign the Zomato deal together.Because they will charge 3000 Dirhams, and then zomato will take a month or two to come on-board. Then zomato will not have any pictures on the menu, and also they will put things from their own dreams , which you as an owner will have to edit and remove and all that.Talabat will take so much of commission, then eventually you will have to increase your prices to recover the cost.As the discount goes from the pocket of the restaurant owners.Also remember after the customer gets the food, they sometimes reject the order at the door step and restaurant Will loose that money.Talabat will never take responsibility of that order.All the email replies are so generic , that you will loose your trust on emails.I dont think that zomato now even has an office. They are just trying to run the show on the shoulders of talabat.I wish everyone all the best , as we as restaurant owners are giving our 24/7 to earn something, but these giants are only Minting money on our expense

Horrible system - order is not confirmed until their rider hasn’t confirmed the lock-up. Yet, your money is deducted immediately.I waited 35mins for the driver to accept the order, and then another 50mins for it to be delivered! I would’ve gotten it quicker had I just drove myself to get my food.When you chat with customer service, they tell you to hold and give the answer you already know, which is, “the order hasn’t been confirmed by the river yet.” 😑😒

Since the time I started using Talabat, I have faced issues with almost every order. Problems faced predominantly include orders being delayed for over 2 hours, and items in orders missing.There are so many great restaurants and groceries tied up with Talabat, and I fail to understand how. I havent faced so many issues with any other home delivery app.Another issue is that when a refund is initiated, this only gets credited on Talabat - because of which my money is lost if I dont use Talabat again.I dont understand which part of Talabat the problem is - with the restaurant taking the order, or with the riders delivering the order. Wherever the issue lies, the end result is always confusion and frustration at my end.I wouldnt recommend using Talabat to anyone. If using the app - be prepared to spend time either following up for the order or for chasing them for missing items.

Never had an issue, until once i made an order; after ordering i waited 1.5 hr, when i didn’t receive my order i checked the status of the on the app and it was showing “finding your rider” (the money was already deducted from my account)I never received my order nor my money.I am worried of ordering again from the App.

Everything is cool abt talabat and we can understand that every ten or twenty orders u might face a bad experience.. thats ok and acceptable u can get bad experience from time to time yet rate a 4 or 5 oit of 5..What i cant understand is that every frkn time I order, the driver has to frkn call asking for frkn direction when I always frkn pin the location on the app to make sure the blondest driver can simply follow that pin!! Please do something about it, educate ur drivers!

Bad customer service the driver took 500 aed and never came back WHAT IS THIS!!! And whenever i talk to them they say that they are working on it. It’s been a week and half and no one did something all i hear is “we are working on it” and still i see nothing.

VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!!! I placed an order last March 28, 2021 and the status is completed by my order NEVER ARRIVED but was paid already using my card!! I sent an email stating my experience and until now after almost a month now, it is still not resolved! and guess what really pisses off, Ive got a notification from my bank saying that Talabat has been refunded my money but when I checked, They only refunded for AED 1.00??? What I will do with that AED 1.00?? People are ordering food online to avoid any inconvenience but you guys are making it worst!!!!!

The driver accused us of never paying although we paid in cash and the Talabat customer service harassed us at 12:30 am! Order through any other company, Talabat doesnt care about customers!

Their shield system is funny. If you want to enter a new credit card for your payment, you have to only go through payment methods in wallet. If you insist they would block your device and account. The funniest part is that they can unblock your account but they cannot unblock your device!!!!

They cancelled your order after 3 chat employees make you wait 2:30min assuring you that the order left the restaurant and is on the way.This service is extremely unreliable.

I already took training from their office while I have to visit again them for collecting inventory.

They still live in the 20s century. App is outdated, you cant chat with them easily, you cant even call the restaurant. You stay in limbo till the order is delivered which takes forever
