Once you call, they keep you updated with the status of your delivery and more.This is one of the best call centers I dealt with in Dubai for online shopping and because of them, I ordered twice in 2 days. Always arriving on time. Office One is a service that I will keep using for long.This is how a customer service should be everywhere.

The least I can say about these guys is that they are AMAZING, just amazing. I deal mainly with Shyn and Dell, but they are all amazing people. The staff go beyond their way to please their customers, delivery is always next day. I placed and order at 11 pm on a Thursday night once and was shocked when they called me at 9:30 am Friday saying they were on the way to deliver. If an item is not available, they will move mountains to ensure they find it for you. Phone support is also remarkable, and you can always hear their voices speaking with a smile on their face. Not only are the customers lucky to have such a team, I believe Office One management should be thrilled to know how blessed they are to have such amazing staff.

Great place to find anything needed for your business office and even home office in terms of stationary and even some small needed office furniture, calendars and for your small business setup.

I dont understand whats the rude attitude with your staffs working at your store. Please train them to be polite whoever walks in to buy from your store.

I was sold the wrong cartridges for my canon printer. The store would not refund as one package had been opened to check. The store used the fact that the cartridges were correct for UAE printer and that as I had brought mine from the uk it wasn’t their problem.Poor customer service and will not use againCannot recommend this store as unhelpful

UHU Glue Stick Is the Best

Very expensive. They said that they are having corporate pricing for my office and when i enquired the price for a printer which was 400AED in an another shop, Officeone told me it is 855AED. When i told that this price is ridiculous, the person who was on the call told well, you can buy from the other shop which was kind of rude

The only place I know that has professional office equipment ranging from proper pencils to all types of HP laser printer toner. Parking in the front of the shop is a bit of a nightmare but you can also park on the street behind the shop and enter from there. Service quality has always been very good.

We usually order online and they always deliver everything correctly and ontime. I visited their shops twice because I ordered the wrong item(my mistake) and the staffs was very helpful and very polite in both Times square and Al Quoz and they resolved it very quickly.

Great customer service is very rare in Dubai. But after a different company let me down on an order, Melanie from Office One went above and beyond to help me out just before the weekend and delivered the same day! Good collection of office supplies

First of all the staff are amazing and they would help u with anything u need , the response to ur phone call and help you with anything you need before visiting the shop , great items there and the shop is well organized. Parking might be a difficult.Great job guys

It can be frustrating trying to find office supplies in mainstream retail spaces such as malls, even when it comes to basic supplies. Office One has it all - very happy Ive found them! Well stocked, nice retail space and the option to order online.

I went there looking for some kind of different paper but they only have plain white paper and flat color papers: blue, red, orange. No card stock paper or any paper with any design. Wheres the creativity and innovation? Everyones selling the same two things!!!!
