Ordered massaging chair in gitex , told they will supply a month after , its been 3-4months . And recently they calld and told that the 1 we selected is not currrently in stock and gave us another cheap option even though we paid the full amount for the product we saw in gitex .we cant settle on a cheap product wen we paid you upfront for a premium product isukozhi.kindly umderstand that. In a month time i will go to the consumer court .
