Ideal fit located in Al wasl and they have introduce very good diet plan and we have to go weekly basis follow strict diet in order to reduce target weight. They also supply meals for breakfast, lunch and snacks with required excercise in order to reduce the target weight.

Ive done the ideal protocol twice and both times have had great experiences. The staff are wonderful l, supportive and motivated me a lot even on small improvements.Highly recommend them for anyone looking to be healthy and fit.

Had a great experience at Ideal Fit Dubai. Went there to do my body composition analysis and it was amazing! The dietitian was very helpful in explaining everything and even give me some recommendations on what should I eat in order to reach my target! Totally recommend it! I had an amazing consultation with their dietitian. She explained me how the program works. Did my body composition analysis and recommended me how to keep up my weight in a good shape. I tested IDEAL PROTEIN products as well and I’m so surprised that all the huge selection of the food products has 15-20 grams of protein by portion. I’m really excited to try more of their products.

I liked the ketogenic program and the products. First i talked with a dietician then i did the body composition analysis. At the end I was presented the 4 fazes of the program and the products. They do weekly check ups until you reach your wishes goal. I think it’s amazing

Exceptionally unique and unlike other Dubai clinics, the doctors will be with you on whatsapp day and night to offer advice, motivate you when youre down and answer any questions you have. Im blessed to have found ideal fit Centre and have Dr. Seyed Babak Jamalian as my coach. Ive put on a lot of weight over last year and then covid lockdown and now I am losing it bit by bit with the program. Its worth mentioning I am a carb lover so if I could do this high protien low carb diet seriously, anyone can. Absolutely try it and dont waste your time trying to achieve results on your own..

These guys are very very helpful and the meal plans are very easy to follow since they give you the majority of the food you need. Also the doctor is very helpful in making sure you remain healthy and dont have any issues with the diet.Ketosis is very effective but requires for a lot of work from yourself to make sure the weight stays off.I lost around 35 Kgs thanks to them in around 8 months
