Our experience with Raffles Nursery was not good unfortunately. Initially the communication with the director was fluid, but after we were supposed to receive a refund for overpaying, we hardly received any replies anymore. Our children (3 years at the time) spent a few months there, but often told stories about being yelled at or other situations that made us uneasy. Due to moving, they had visited different nurseries before and we never had feedback like this from them before. When mentioning the issues to the director or the teacher, we were not taken seriously and even laughed at.

I have contacted the nursery few times and left messages. They didnt reply.I recontact them after 15 days and they sent me an email I followed their instructions answered questions and was following up on how to move forward and they really gave me hard time and after I insisted calling and sending email I have got a call on the 28th saying they will send me an email in one hour to choose the medical package and pay fee to be registered. I never got that email.Would be more professional if they said no availability. And not waste my time and efforts.

My daughter is having the most amazing experience at this wonderful school. So much effort goes into giving them a good time. Everyday is exciting, teachers and all staff are so friendly and caring. I will be so sad to say goodbye at the end of term! She has learnt so much. Plus outdoor areas are beautiful..surrounded by lovely trees and nature.

Sent them so many email and calls in order to enroll my daughter but they just ignored me.
