This kindergarten is not recommended. From the principal to the teacher, they are all liars. Scam money, no refunds. The kindergarten replied by e-mail that it would be refunded, but the kindergarten has been in arrears for one year. After paying the tuition for one year, I only went to one semester. Classes were suspended because of covid-19. It has been a year. The kindergarten does not refund fees and does not make any response. Its absolutely hateful.

Lets all agree that our children are so precious and we always strive to offer them quality and best in class all the time.When we first visited the nursery we were amused by the amount of slogans and rules we heared, it made us feel this is the right place to keep our little precious ones. As a marketer i always knew that such statements are built based on valid claims. Soon after signing up and finalizing the registration process incidents started to happen one after the other and the majority were mainly safety related as well as hygiene by then we realized that what ever statements they have claimed are not true, adding to that we were never given the right to blame them or ever they have admitted the responsibility, they will always find a way out. One of the accidents at the very first ten days that were offered “free” by the in-charge a cat has attacked my child at the playground and snitched his right hand, when they were questioned their response was; we dont know whose cat is this but usually it doesnt hurt the kids unless they run after it, an answer that would reveal the reliability of the nursery. After few days my child fell on his right eyebrows (less than 3 centimeters away from the eye) and this wouldnt happen if proper supervision was in place.Post lockdown and after all nurseries has reopened and due to the delay in their reopening we have politely asked to get to middle grounds to settle the agreement, this has happened after several struggles to connect with them. The pursuit is still on since then with very minimal response trying to force the charges they see right, specially when they decided to charge the “FREE” 10 days at 3,000 dhs.As a parent who understands, appreciates and cares about their little ones i wouldn’t recommend this nursery for the the following:Zero transparency, zero accountability, zero credibility and professionalism is something they have never heard of.

NB : This is my first google review , Ive never ever though i might be need to do such reviews but they really need itSo Please avoid this nursery ,They are the worst experience Ive ever had.I completely do not advise you guys to enroll your kids in it , We have been swindled by them, Weve paid more than 14 thousand Durhams divided into two Che-ques in advance as we were planning for annual package then theyve closed because of the COVID crisis and my son was just joined he doesnt even completed a full month with them, Theyve closed and closed all the Facebook pages comments , group comments , no phone calls no direct communication at all through all their channels and they are the only nursery did that just to not receive any negative or complains or request because they refuse to be transparent to us as a parents and refuse to show there real situation in front of the all , if they were confident they wouldnt do it same as the rest of all .they only send email to all guaranteeing they will compensate us after the Corona crisis and they did not and did not bear the loss and they paid the parents of all the responsibility and they did not lose anything besides lack of professionalism in dealing And when they re-opened one of their professional staff hang over the call on my face and when i email them what their staff did instead of apologizing they emailed my with email ill attach it to you to see how they are dealing with such issues. when we requested a refund from them or asking them to give us any kind of compensation on the months we didnt receive the service and paid for it they refused and didnt even offer a free months or at least let us consume the amount we paid!I am writing this for parents out of my experience and based on several feedback received from other parents in the same nursery and even nurseries beside them you can take their reviews and you will find that their is still a lot more Ive not mention , they just gave us a very hard time and stress and they simply deprive my child from going any other school or nursery this year

Yellow Stone Street Nursery. The best undisputed nursery. I advise all parents to register their children in this special nursery. The organization is wonderful and all the staff and teachers are highly experienced and have bachelors and masters degrees in addition to certificates specialized in child rearing and highly skilled in dealing with all childrens personalities. In addition, each teacher receives more than 100 hours of training annually from the Ministry of Civil Defense. This is in addition to hygiene and daily sterilization of the nursery. And take care of the childs health. Every day the first person receives you in the nursery A nurse with a masters degree in nursing to measure the temperature of the child when he enters the nursery. Measuring the temperature of the child is done on a daily basis two to three times at different intervals and in the event of symptoms on the child the nursery informs parents.The child is sent home so that he or she does not infect other children.Also the level of education is very high and the method of teaching is modern and dependent on graduate studies. Also, many workshops are held and people are invited to participate in distinct workshops. There are also special classes for parents like zumba, yoga and other sports.My daughter even waits every day to go to the nursery with impatience. On Thursday and Friday she asks me to go even one day. She cried a lot at night. She wanted to go to the nursery. She told her she was closed and asked me that she wanted to make sure that the nursery was really closed. She went to the nursery until she went and saw herself that the nursery was actually closed and then stopped crying.Actually this is what we aspire parents in such custody.So again I advise all parents to put their children without any hesitation. Because you will increase your admiration day by day. The staff are all confused, cheerful and eager to receive children every day. And feel that the nursery spirit and activity every day .. Because I believe that the staff if they are happy to this degree in the nursery take because the management is excellent and delighted all its staff and high school and this in turn teachers will delight the children !!What all parents aspire to in the nursery you will find in Yellow Stone Street Nursery.
