It has been the best decision we could ever make for my son. He loves going there and it was so nice to see such supportive & friendly staff.We could see a massive improvement in my son’s speech and personality.I love it how the headmistress Ms.Felicity greets every single child when they come in the morning.Thank u EBN for everything !!!

Amazing nursury, my son jad loves & enjoys going there you know it when he goes every morning happy and excited .im so grateful for all their hardwork, support and patience they have with the kids especially headmistress Mrs. Filicity for her wonderful smile every morning and not to forget the great staff including his teacher. They insure that parents and children get personalized attention to the kids needs even the very small details, i can see the growth and learning everyday, their weekly newsletter provides great summary of the kids activity during the week, which provide us as parents a holistic view of our child development, i would recommend this place to every parent with little ones.

Being a first-time mom it is important to find the right nursery for my baby girl. I had recommendations about nurseries, which I visited and one of the best to me has been Emirates British Nursery in Dubai Silicon Oasis. Felicity, the headmistress was welcoming, helpful and informative regarding the facilities, the education programme for early years and the safety of my baby during COVID times. The nursery has great facilities and the staff I met during my tour was professional and caring with the kids entrusted. I would definitely recommend parents to go and visit this lovely place to see for themselves.

We have our son in the nursery for two years now. We faced no issue at all so far and everything was great. My son really loves the nursery and never complained. Thanks to all at EBN (Management and all staff) for their kindness and efforts. We as parents highly recommend EBN.

The best decision we made was putting our son in Emirates British Nursery. He is very happy there and has settled in well thanks to the fantastic support we have received from the entire DSO team. I have a very bad experience with them since one year i sent my son there. The teacher was so aggressive with the kids shouting at them a lot and i complained a lot but no action taken until she went on a delivery leave then my son starts to feel somehow safe at the nursery.

I took a tour of the nursery and was very impressed with the facilities. Got really happy vibes from the place. I met the staff and the headmistress and found them to be nice and cooperative. If anyone is looking for a good british nursery then this one is a great option

My grandson enjoyed going to the nursery and shining when he saw Miss Felicity. Its a pleasure to see how she is with the kids. Im glad to know her...

My kids are happy, my wife is happy, so Im happy too!The nursery staff have been a huge support for us when my wife was in the hospital during her pregnancy. One day, she wasnt feeling well when she dropped of our son and they took her to the doctor by themselves! I was so great full as Im away so many times. Every day Im amazed by everything they have learned in so many ways. Im so happy we picked DSO 3 years ago! I would do the same today. A huge shout out to the nursery manager, Ms. Felicity! She knows whats going on in the nursery. She knows every child, every parent,... her door is ALWAYS open. Even for dads who just dont know how to handle a situation when his wife is in the hospital ;-)

Our daughter loves being here! A great start to her social and educational journey. The surroundings make the location a big plus for us. too!

As a 40+ years old Dubai old-timer with kids of ages 2 to 10, the education of my children is at the top of my priorities and EBN Dubai Silicon Oasis is to me, one of the best Nurseries in Dubai.The principal is a very passionate, experienced, competent and an extremely helpful person, her team is very professional and I would highly recommend this branch to anybody who is thinking of sending their children to Nursery.

Nursery management engagement after the pandemic situation is really disrespectful to the parents. No communications, no refund,...Id highly advise to avoid registering your kids in this nursery in the future.Nursery removed all reviews from their facebook pages due to the huge amount of complaints from parents. Again, a very immature, unprofessional and disrespectful act from an untrusted entity.

My daughter has been going to the nursery since it opened in Dubai silicon oasis. She has loved the time here and flourished in the atmosphere. All the staff are very welcoming and friendly.

The nursery as a building and space is excellent, very clean, well-organized, hygienic, toys, books, different activities indoor and outdoor and there is a playground area indoor, which is good when the weather is not suitable to go outside. The Headmistress is excellent and proficient, she is a wonderful lady.

It is my first time here in Dubai and i applied as an assistant teacher. the first company that called for an interview was the British Emirates Nursery DSO... the school was very nice and i wanted to work there but unfortunately the school is too far from my home so the nursery manager MS. As a parent, we all worry about our children especially at their start of their learning years. Me and my wife was in a state of serious concerns when our boy of 3 years still hasnt started speaking and we were starting to think if he was having learning difficulties. Me and my wife was so worried and didnt know what to do as we had to pull him out of his previous nursery as there was no improvement.One fine day, we were shopping in DSO and met with the parents of my sons classmate. He had taken his daughter to Emirates British Nursery and said his daughter is enjoying the classes and had made huge improvements in speach and social skills.We enrolled our son to Emirates British Nursery in DSO. The first couple of weeks were a struggle as our boy was used to the other nursery and was reluctant to go. The results changed after the second week and now our boy looks forward in the morning after shower that he wants his uniform on and wants to go to EBN even in the weekends!!The Principal, Ms Felicity, Teacher Ms. Sarah and all the staff at EBN had changed our boy. We had made the correct choice in choosing Emirates British Nursery at DSO. He has started to speak even being polite by saying please and thank you, his shyness to mix with other children has completely changes.I would like to say a Big Thank You and am a very happy parent.

My daughter has been at Emirates British Nursery DSO for the last 2 years. She always runs into nursery happy, it is lovely to be greeted by the management team in the mornings. I highly recommend this smiley friendly nursery.

What can I say about EBN DSO? I want to give them more stars! Everything about it is AMAZING!My son absolutely loves going to nursery. Me, as a mom, I always feel welcome and loved by Ms. Felicity and the teachers.Personally, I love that its a smaller branch... Its so lovely, cosy, joyful, colourfull and so friendly.My son isnt just a number, either am I. The smiles you get when you enter the nursery arent fake.Also, I want to mention how much I appreciate Ms. Felicity her warm heart towards staff, children and parents. More than once she gave me a hug and a peptalk when I needed it the most.So for me.... keep up the good work. We all love DSO and Im sure many parents and children do!

The Nursery is a wonderful, loving and creative place. The dedicated and professional team make it a wonderful place for children to grow and learn.

Extremely commercial nursery with no empathy towards parents. They charge extra if you drop your child 5 minutes prior to the start time or pick them up 5 minutes late. Kids going to the nursery for 3 days a week are not invited for end of term parties. Absolutely disappointed at the way they manage the relationship with the parents.

The principal was snooty, ill-mannered and judgemental. EBN DSO has the potential to be a great institution with a slight change in management. I moved my son to the Mirdiff Branch and couldnt be happier.

All what they care about is Money, one day I brought my daughter to nursery 5 min before time and they ask me to pay for these 5min, and many days my daughter came back and her launch box not even touched and no one bother him self to inform.I dont recomand this Nursery, and the amount of money paid is not worth.

EBN in DSO only opened this new branch in late September 2016. It is an outstanding nursery with fantstic staff and management who pride themselves on offering the highest standards in Early Years Education. I would recommend parents take a tour and meet the lovely staff who will always welcome you with a smile.

Very bad experience and glad I only there for one month. The worst part is there refund policy as they keep you waiting for three months then you end up chasing them.Very Disappointed
