They are quite good in packing, pretty fast but during the transfer to our new place they accidentally broke our washing machine. We also lost our Dyson V11 charger and our extra Etisalat Router. I am not pointing a robbery but where could it be? After opening all of our boxes, I couldnt find them which leads me to buying new one. Now I also need to look for another router. As for our washing machine, we didnt pay them the exact quotation and we ended up not washing our clothes for over a week. I also arranged the washing machine repair as they didnt help at all. We even give them extra 200 tip. Oh gosh, what a disaster.
