Zuhal has handled the shipment from the UAE to Namibian via Germany very professional. All items were carefully packed and secured for the long journey by ship.They kept us up to date throughout the journey and kept us informed of the expected arrival date as it changed.The shipment was cleared with customs without any challenges and delivered to our front door.

We used services of Zuhal Pack International back in February to shift our household items from Dubai to Toronto via sea cargo. Our point of contact was Davis who visited our home to check the items for a preliminary assessment. Total cost was AED 5,500 for a consignment of 6.5 CBM in a shared container (groupage).Our priority was to pack clothes and few personal items ourselves and Davis was kind enough to drop some cartons along with bubble wrap a week ahead of the actual packing date. This allowed us to do some of the packing ourselves since we wanted to keep track of contents of the boxes in order to avoid any issues during unboxing.Their team arrived on time at 10:00 AM with all the necessary equipment like cartons, bubble wrap, packing tape etc. They worked with proper coordination to pack all the items quickly in the cartons with labelling to prepare the packing list. Moreover, they were able to pack odd shaped items by cutting boxes to ensure a proper covering. All fragile items were covered with wrapping paper/bubble wrap before closing the box and placing a sticker label of Fragile Items Handle with Care. Total time taken to complete the packing and transfer it to warehouse was roughly 4 hours.Thereafter, Davis was gracious enough to allow us free storage for one month since we wanted the items to leave Dubai in April. Considering transit time of roughly 2 months, this would ensure that our items would arrived somewhere in June after our landing. Our shipment got delayed by one more month even though the cargo had been discharged at Montreal Seaport on 16th June. We eventually got hold of our cargo on 14th July (roughly 5 months) courtesy of their local partners i.e. Royal Moving and Storage. All boxes were in very good condition just like they had left our premises. Moreover, all items including crockery and other fragile items were in perfect condition after being unpacked.We would definitely recommend the team of Zuhal Pack especially Davis for any requirements of moving items via sea cargo.
