From the first moment I contacted them for information, they were very efficient giving me a quote the same day. The men arrived exactly on time and so courteous and polite. They packed up everything for me so carefully (I only packed my personal things). I recommend this company.

Amazing service from Mr. Zubair and Team. They were extremely professional and courteous. The movement within Dubai for us was totally hassle-free. The boys knew their job and did the same with great ease and efficiency. White goods/lighting at other stuff were uninstalled and re-installed at the new place. Highly recommended service!!

Absolutely the company to use when moving. Used 2 x times now. Much better priced then some competitors who charge outrageous prices. The icing on the cake is the handyman who came 1 week after the move to hang up paintings. Very detailed job done with a smile! Next time I move, I will use this company!!!

I lived in 7 different countries and moved countless times, before hiring my movers I always carry out a meticulous assessment.When I phoned Lets Wrap they promised the premium service every Googled mover promised too, HOWEVER within the first 15 minutes of operation (on the move day) I saw with my own eyes that their staff are absolutely top notch!The team leader ( Zubair) and his crew ( Shahid, Tanvir and Salman) were simply amazing, professional, polite, well groomed, fast and very efficient.They handled all my belongings that consist mostly of fragile stuff that I am very fond of (not only for the intrinsic value) with extreme care and not a single thing got broken nor scratched.

My experience was extremely good. Zubair and team were very dedicated and worked extremely hard. Everything was carefully packed and unpacked and installed as per my requirements. Excellent services.They had to work overtime because of some pre bookings of tb building service elevator, despite of that they continued to work happily and everything was done perfectly and all services were delivered to a very high quality and standard.Will definitely recommend to others as well. I moved houses 3 times before with different companies but I wasn’t pleased, with you guys I was lucky to choose, perfect timing, surprised from how fast the people were, the house is huge (5 bedrooms) and they were working very fast and careful, I left all my dining staff with lots of glass they packed it and all arrive safely. The men were very helpful in helping me organize my furniture many times, helping on hanging pack my frames and console, you are amazing guys keep up especially the team leader Zubair and his team.

We have used a lot of relocation companies over our ex-pat careers and have been impressed this time with Lets Wrap. This move out of Dubai was constantly changing with the impact of COVID-19. Ahmad our Move Manage was excellent. He remained calm, helpful and flexible with every date change. Our shipment is now on its way and we are hoping that this high standard of service is continued by Lets Wrap at our destination.

Lets Wrap was excellent in moving my household stuff from Dubai & transport it to India (BLR) without any damages. The packing team was very professional & Mr. Ahmed did everything that he promised from his Admin side to coordinate till the items were delivered.

After much research and several professional surveys and estimates from top international moving companies in Dubai, we chose Lets wrap sea cargo based on their comparative estimates, service during our selection process and on their willingness to make some changes for us regarding our choice of movers on the USA side. They were superb during the entire process and we have absolutely no complaints whatsoever. The communication with our agent in Dubai was fantastic, the office-based move coordinator was superb also, and the crew who packed and loaded our 20 feet container was excellent. I was present during all stages of the move and saw them first hand and was very impressed. They were really great. Nice, efficient and fast but careful and respectful of our belongings and wishes, clean and all around great. We also had a special request which required approvals and extra work on their part to work with a company I trust in the US, and they had no problems with it. We are extraordinarily happy with our decision to use Lets Wrap for this latest international move and we do not hesitate to recommend them to others in Dubai. They really were superb and I would be happy to recommend them to anybody. This was for a 20 ft container from DXB to the USA.

Great job was doneHave moved this year with Lets Wrap my first time from Dubai to Austria and had a good experience with the both service teams for packing and the destination service. Staff was very friendly and helped me always. Only One small damages at all for our shipment which was a 4 bedroom apartment and things were claimed and get reimbursed. We had to move different city with huge of luggage. I requested them to move in one day althrough it was looking hardest to me but they did it effectively. Staff is best Labour work very hard always appreciate them and highly recommend them.

Shipped 110 KG from Dubai to New brunswick, Canada. Everything went well.Their customer service was very helpful. shoaib was very helpful and was in contact with the on Daily basis to update me regarding the shipment. Their price is fair. Never ever engage lets warp cargo for shipping good outside the country. Highly unprofessional and confused people employed with the company. Although they are ok moving goods within UAE but be aware if you would like to ship outside the country. My shipment is delayed by 3 months and worst of all my my goods have landed in another city.

If I could give this company zero I would. Rude, aggressive and ill mannered. We had to cancel and we did get our deposit refunded because of their behaviour. I would not recommend. Oh and they don’t follow covid guidance.

Late review!!I used there service on 28th Feb 2020, shifting from Al Barsha south to Al furjan. There were 2 guys to pack the stuff & unpack the same in the new location. After the guys left we noticed that few things were missing from our stuff, brand new cross money clips 2 pcs, 1 headphone from marshal, 1 Samsung gear earpods, 1 new hair trimmer. We assumed it must be around & once we put our stuffs in place we will find them. We went back to our old house & re checked there as well & didnt find it. We made sure we check every corner & shelves of our house before getting back to this guys, once we got back to the movers they just said we dont know about this & there is nothing left behind in the vehicle. Im pretty sure our stuffs were stolen by one of the guys who were doing the packing & this company hires people who are unprofessional & have no ethics at all. Please appoint them on your own risk & for me I have learned my lesson in a bitter way. I will never recommend anyone to use there service. Ended up losing stuffs worth 1000 aed plus .

I was thinking to store my stuff will be great handache or might be very costly. However it is not actually, I posted my enquiry to team lets wrap and they delivered me efficient services. The guys shoaib and nawaz clearly disclose cost breakdown for my best understanding. The working methods of internal and external staff highly professional. I would not recommend this company. They did not finish the job and would not return to fix the problems they caused. They are cheaper for a reason. Spend a bit more and go with a better company.
