Friendly crowd of staff, worked in the past on many of my own bikes and just recently a friends dune buggy. Efficient, welcoming and knowledgeable. Also let us store the trailer in their parking yard.

Kept my bike for a month, gave it back with the exact same problem, still charged me 260 dhs... then WITHOUT my permission or knowledge sent it to KTM?! Worst communication ever, had to chase them to get some sort of update. By far worst experience in dubai.

Nice set up, nice showroom, but for customer service im afraid to give thumbs down. The service advisor didn’t even presented himself, lack of empathy, indifference ... refused even have a quick look on my bike before to fill the job card. I felt like im a small customer that they dont want to get bothered by.
