No working good ,,,, taking too much time also staff and management are v bad .no customercare .. soory I dont like....

Lets book a bike a week in advance, but we still have to wait a long time. This system is nonsense.

I’m waiting here from 3 hours for only oil change and wash all staff are too lazy

Taking too much time only for oil change if you give them more work for bike 100%they will take 4/5 hours and some times I am going 2 times bcuz proper final not check

Third class services.While getting appointment they always irritate the rider .after 45+ calls ,we connect to the agent to book an appointment.When we comes almost 50+ bikes are already here.We wanna ask that what isbenefits of getting an appointment .they never take care of Govt SOP .here are some screenshots of call details that I have captured.after 45+ calls a connected to the agent.and i also capture a some photos of riders they are waiting for there turn to tell the agent about his bike problem.

It is raw company ... service is vry bad ...most riders bike slip bcz of its poor service ... just wash nd hand over the riders .. staff takes time alot for service but does not work honestly .. mostly just wash wash nd wash !!!

Very poor service they have we go for only oil change they take more than one hour & they not fix the bike properly as we need they need to improve their service and they need to bring experienced mechanics for the fixing the bikes..

I came here 8pm then I check inside the people nobody work inside all body using the mobile and someone going here and there...not good service not good work . Im not then 9pm they leave the work and start the cleaning then I tell them What happen why all bike stop outside nobody giving me answer he said our shift is finish 10pm I said now is 9pm why you.....
