They are taking too much higher price in the name of Toyota. They want you to buy everything from their Group like vehicle insurance, scratch insurance, service contract for 3-4 years and so on. They call it offers and advertise reduction of prices but at the same time they dont give free services on new cars. When you reach for servicing they charge higher prices for changing oil and do not issue invoice with full description of each work carried out on the vehicle so that the customers do not compare breakdown. They just need higher amount of money from their customers for what they call quality services. Toyota itself is quality, not the agency.

The worst car workshop, They have ruined my brand-new Lexus by throwing it out in the sun for 1 week with windows opened and killed my battery and above all, it rained for 2 days, I guess that was enough to make the car salvage... Thank you Al-futtaim automotive. Ill make sure this is escalated to Lexus Japan.

DearsIm the owner of Honda City chassis no. MRHGM6668EP030412 , & i had an accident on 15/9/2014 then i took the car to Honda Egypt , i spent more than 2 month to receive the car because of the delay of the spare parts then I received it at the beginning of January 2015 but i received the car without fixing the airbag because Honda Egypt still do not have the airbag yet , till now Im still waiting with no action, why in the first place you sell cars that you cant cover its spare parts , & for how long i have to wait till fixing the a car we are taking in months here not days i think that manufacturing a new car wouldnt take that much time , for how long i have to stay without any safety , it all my fault that the choose Honda in first place all what i need now that just fixing the car & sell it so i wouldnt deal with you anymore noting that i am losing more than 30 % of the fare market value of the car as it has no airbag , i hope that someone care and replythanks a lot for wasting my time & moneyM.Fathy
