Very bad service … the contact updated online , use abusive words …App installed and used the scooter , app showed 48% battery , but that was moving like turtle,Some how managed to reach place but while coming back i had to walk with by it, in terms of payment , charged me full …. Great ServiceRegarding app , updated payment details , but no option to remove it … so make sure whoever trying to use , be cautiousWith all the experience, tried convey this to the company , no contact details available .. finally got one from google and that turns another disaster experience

Goodness, I have never experienced such unprofessional service.After only one week of use, the scooter stopped working. I contacted the company numerous times and they promised to pick the scooter up every time but failed to do so. It has been over a month of me waiting and they have been charging me every week for the rental cost. It has come to the point that the mobile number mentioned on the website to contact has even gone as far to block me on WhatsApp so unfortunately I have to raise the case with the police and the authorities as I have no way of contacting the company. A horrible experience.

Do not think to rent from them, let me tell you what happened to me:I rent two scoters with the offer (rent one month and get another month for free), but after checking with the customer service because one of the scoter had problem they told me your rent is expired and there is no one month free :( this is was the first problem.during my rent I contacted them 3 times regarding tayers problems in one of the scoter, and every time they tell me they will come within 24 hours, and it is almost 24 days and no one show up to fix the tayeri am really disapointed with the way this company running their buisness,in addtion to all of that, there is no way to call them ,you need to chat with them through whatsup which is very hard to deal with, becaucse they take long time to respond to you almost 20 minuts each chat should take even if you have very small qustion that could be handled in 2 minutesregards

Poor customer service. They dont reply customer query and complains. They just ignore your e mail and live chat.They only need your credit card number. Thats it.I encountered some technical problems while I returned my scooter. I couldnt fi d anyone for help.

Scam 4 Bhd and there is no contact no email and no Whatspp and the number posted in Google it belongs to someone else

No way to contact them!!! No contact details on website....They have a whatsapp support but no one cares to respond even after weeks..what kind of company is this and how they are running? If anybody knows the secret of contacting them, then pls let me know.PS: They have a mobile number on google but it is of a different person...poor guy! Hopefully they correct it

Life is fun currently as we are enjoying our ride during this pandemic with peace of mind in safe and clean environment. Fenix is an amazing experience. It boasts heat-resistant handlebars, a motor that can run for miles and sharp regenerative brakes that make riding as easy as a breeze. We are loving this monthly membership experience in just AED 200. They offer techy stuff & comfort both. We were provides with helmet, protective clothing shields and sanitizers on our beautiful purple color edition called spirit.

Even there is no any satr for this company service.I have rented the scooter for 1Months but it was fine for 5 days after speed decreased by its half which 20 and after few day’s it’s become 10 km per hI have requested for replacement but company ignored this I have WhatsApp chat for 4 representatives for request but he didn’t replacement

They are a scam.... charged ny card without my consent.. then employing delaying tactics by saying the money was not technically withdrawn but we have put in the request to refund.. lol. They are scammers. Stay away from them.

Money was withdrawn from account without my Consent,It shows the first trial usage is free and after entering the credit card details they will charge aed 40 directly.please avoide these scammers

Frankly, the worst company and the worst treatment, two months ago I traveled, asking them to paralyze their scooters, and cancel the subscription,, they lied to me. One of the scooters was destroyed, and I dont know what to do with them. God suffices and He is the best agent.

I tried the company and very frankly, I quickly ordered the scooter and it came to me on the second day of the exact date, and you can also choose the color ,, all for you to download the fenix app ,,,

Honestly, I tried in Fujairah, and the worst scooter experience was sick. There is no employee present. You ask him or a number that you communicate with honestly. They take your money and you don’t know why or how much you have and how to end your trip

A sweet experience, and I will repeat it again, God willing ♥ ️
